After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. This automobile is the true definition of comfort, and style. The performance and handling is incredible along with plenty of room for long trips. There are too many great options to list however from the cabin space and sound system in this car is outstanding!
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

This car met all my expectations I contemplating getting a BMW, however the Mercedes offers more . This car is comfortable . realiable and good on gas.

I noticed the exact model I was looking for at James Motor Company online and submitted an inquiry. I was promptly and courteously greeted by Scott Stoess and thoroughly informed about the vehicle. (He made sure I knew everything there was to know) As I was out of town and the purchase would require some travel we were able to sort out the particulars of the deal beforehand. When we arrived I was even more impressed and politely greeted by a few members of the staff. We completed the test drive and the vehicle was exactly as described. After a quick transaction I was on my way with a new car and a big smile on my face. I've purchased a lot of cars over the years but I've never experienced this level of service in any transaction, I'll forever be impressed with James Motor Company and a big thanks to Scott Stoess for his hard work throughout. 1/20/18

This car has the speed and performance of a sports car, and the luxury of a business man's car. It's a great family car and single man business car. All the way around a perfect car for Dad.
I live in northwest Georgia and first met Mr. Burns over the telephone. I was interested in a CPO the dealership had listed. Over a period of two weeks we had a deal that I considered very fair. This car is exactly what I was looking for and came with all the bells, whistles, and warranty (CPO). I love this SUV design from Mercedes. 2015 was the last model design for the GLK 350 and it looks different from the others classes. It drives like a car and great handling and design. I love the bluetooth and playing my cell phone music apps and my interior color and design. The air conditioning vents also have a cool design. Love this car and it's going to last me a long time.
I purchased a GLK last year and just wasn't satisfied with it. I called Derrick at the dealership and expressed my dislike of this vehicle and asked him if it would be wise to trade it. I saw a C Class online and thought it may be a good fit for me. Derrick asked a lot of questions and listened to my wish list. He found the perfect car for me and also suggested I lease instead of purchase since I like to trade cars every few years. He gave me the best deal and found an E300 totaled revamped car that I love. Thank You Derrick for making me a happy, satisfied client.

Best mileage, comfort, and driving distance. Would not change it, but job changed, no longer will be driving as much. Mainly was used to drive between hospitals. Most mileage was freeway, minimal city driving wear and tear.
I had an excellent experience buying my new SUV. Mr. Burns was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I highly recommend James Motor and Derrick Burns for buying a new mercedes vehicle.
Fun car, But Technology Pkgs Not Fun!

Fast and Fun car. But Technology Pkgs Like Navigation System, Parking Assistance and Key-less System Not Always working the way it should be. Car media system interface is so poor and bad design.
My advice if you have a plan to buy it make sure has andriod/apple play and don't add parking assistance.
I had a wonderful experience in purchasing my GLA mercedes that was ordered from scratch from Mr. Burns, who was very attentive to every detail in my car. This car met all my expectations even much more than I thought it would be.And I personally think that this is one of the top cars that anyone can imagine.Very comforting a lot of leg room ,awesome visibility and much more.
Larry Cartwright is amazing at his job. There was a little hiccup in the beginning but Mr. Cartwright kept me informed the whole time and was amazing. I will definitely recommend James Motor Company.

I thoroughly enjoy the Mercedes brand and yesterday I purchased a new 2018 SUV. It was big enough for all my needs and handles like a sedan. There is plenty of head and legroom in the front and back. I also appreciate all the safety features included in the model. Although the car is only six months old, I purchased it as "used" and saved a considerable sum. $$$ :)
My salesman, Derrick Burns, went above and beyond what I'd ever expected. My first Mercedes purchase was so easy and pleasant! Shortly after my purchase, I brought my car in for an unusually strong chemical odor coming from the vents. Eddie and Derrick drove the car to try to pinpoint the source. They kept my car in the service department until they were satisfied that the issue was resolved. Most importantly, Derrick called me each day with updates. I'm so happy to have my car back now odor-free!! An A+ from test drive to the first service appointment!

Good beach but noise in transfer case only 57000 miles I take care of this car better then my wife no reason this should happen not happy at all I have two e350 one 2010 and one 2013 not happy with Benz at all thinking of going to Lexus 57000 miles car looks new but this is a manufactures problem and they know it I’ve built cars from scratch this should not happen at all wake up people and do the right thing keep your name it’s a benz

From the time I purchased the car the brakes have squealed like a pig being tortured when they are cold. Brought it back and was told that they were aware of the situation and were waiting on a recall or fix. Okay, I can be patient. Several months later, nothing resolved. Talk to a different mechanic and he directs me to a fix that Mercedes is aware of! Take the vehicle back to Mercedes only to be told that since it's a wear item they don't cover it. Had I been told up front that they were not going to correct their problem I would not have kept the car. Oh well, lesson learned...back to Lexus!
I bought a Honda CRV from Paradise motorsports. The vihecle I bought was worth of the money spent. I have also visited the dealership for maintainance and services twice within a month where the disappointment of my buying experience come out into light. The car, which was said to have been inspected in TOYOTA greens, appears to be not properly inspected except the mere oil change it underwent. Within three weeks the car's AC system declined and the dealership asked me to pay 300 more to repair it. Another time, I took the vehicle for a serious maintainance and returned back my car with more new damages that didn't exist. They must have unskilled mechanic who barely work there to disgrace the work of the auto market. Having enough trouble with the dealership, I further researched on the marketing philosophy of the company and what comes out as the result is shocking. The auto dealer, just send all vehicles to TOYOTA greens for oil change. With that they get the certificate of inspection, which literally doesn't tell the whole story. With this in mind I suggest buyers to make the vehicles checked by professional experts.

The E400 is a blast. Responsive with a stellar ride. So much so that I’ve had to pay more attention to speed when passing. 65-95 comes very quick.
