I purchased a 2021 Porsche Carrera S (with an Aerokit!!) and had it shipped to Texas in December of 2020. My salesman, Kent Hill, was wonderful to work with: very professional, prompt and courteous. The car was shipped a few days later and it arrived in flawless condition and detailed, along with all the paperwork, a Porsche tumbler and leather keychain. Sean Oliver, the finance manager, was also very prompt and helpful and made the buying process easy and seamless. Finally, a shoutout to Chris, the delivery driver! Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership because they are honest, upfront and ethical. Isringhausen is the dealership that others should emulate! We had to have our Mercedes Sprinter Motor Home towed to this dealer. From the 1st phone call to the service department they were very courteous and concerned. When we arrived with our vehicle in tow we were assisted immediately by Bryan and Jace, given a loaner car and Jace even went out of his way to call a nearby hotel to make arrangements for us and our 2 dogs for accommodations. My 2 honest cents. Just bought the 2024 GLS 450 and it has a huge presence on road and it looks stunning! I went with the AMG exterior package and it looks way better than the base model. Ride quality is good, very smooth ride on freeways but you do feel small bumps on occasional city roads. The engine is good but I wish it had a bit more power, feels little laggy at low speeds but when you floor it it moves fast and steering is very responsive. On the other hand, cabin very silent tho and you barely get to hear road noise (without acoustic package). The Mileage is incredible on this, wasn't expecting to write about it but the GLS gives better mileage than my GLC. Interiors are amazing and is something no other manufacturer in this segment can match (especially at night with ambient lights), seats are super comfy and the infotainment screens are also crisp. Overall, love this SUV and i'm gonna keep it for a while.

Very upset that when I bought my truck was never told I had to bye a oil treatment after 15000 miles witch cost me 89. Dollars on my next oil change to keep my oil changes for life I was not told that when I bought my truck I think that’s crap not happy about that and don’t intend on paying for the oil treatment.

Darrell Williams is the best service advisor at Mercedes Benz - Wesley Chapel. I put off getting my check engine light checked for as long as I could because I wasn’t ready to hear what the problem might be. Finally, I went in and I was lucky to have Darrel as my service advisor. He made me feel comfortable, he explained things clearly, and we set my car up to get the needed maintenance. All of it was covered under the amazing extended warranty which I highly recommend. Too much overhead and one too many times the salesman going back and forth to ask mother may I. The management is not customer friendly and it leads to many distractions. Revamp your business.

Had this vehicle for about a month and I have to say it's the most amazing thing I've ever driven!  It's so quiet, smooth, and maneuverable with the all-wheel steering.  And driving it with one pedal has been a very satisfying experience and gives you so much control.  Plus, that quiet interior has made enjoying the superb Dolby Atmos sound system, playing Spacial Audio via the integrated Apple Music app, even better.  It's like being in a personal sound studio!  And add to that the hot back massage, ambient lighting, and, air balance fragrance system makes it a wonderful place to relax and unwind.  The whole design is beautiful IMHO and truly reflects Mercedes's design language of "Sensual Purity", especially the front interior.  I only wish it had a longer range, but with everything it offers, I'm OK with that until the battery technology for EVs improves.  One final note.  The HEPA filtration has been such a godsend with all the smoke from the Canadian wildfires and makes the inside air so fresh. After driving this,  there's no way I want to go back to an ICE vehicle as it's just so superior in every way!

It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

It was an awesome selection, however, we know all the bugs are still being worked out on this EQ line (E), but it’s been in the shop for three weeks, however, I have a loaner EQE 350, which is working great, but it not my EQE 500, with more bells and whistles, especially that twilight blue.🥲

The ride is amazing! Handles like a dream! Loving the “Hey Mercedes” feature built into the car! No fussing with screens or buttons while in traffic or driving. Just say “Hey Mercedes” and the car will do many things with a voice command. It will even tell you a joke if you ask!
