Me and my wife went in not really sure if we wanted to buy a car because at every other dealership we had been to the salesman where really pushy and seemed like they didn’t care about me as a customer. But the way we were treated as soon as we walked in made us feel as if we knew Mr Anthony from a long time ago . Even though he is a really young man he is very knowledgeable and very respectful. We had a great experience and we will definitely be recommending it to all of our friends and family.

Just recently purchased a Nissan Kicks at the Independence CarMax, we had previously purchased a Nissan Sentra {about 2 weeks prior) but we found it eventually getting into the vehicle difficult for the age as I am getting older (seventies in my case) the Kicks we have now is a wonderful vehicle. I love my GLB but two months and ten days, after the purchase, the engine needed a repair which was covered by the warranty. However, we were planning a lengthy trip and was thankful this did not occur while we were a few thousand miles from home. Me and My Mercedes are still trying to figure our communication out. I prefer Waz or Google Maps to their GPS system. Advance notifications of turns and such are better. Other than these issues I love driving her, Gilby.

Derek at the dealership responded to my messaging so when I got there, I told him who I was he took me straight to the car I was interested in answered all my questions. I test over the car and gave him money to hold it and then just bought the car. This was easy. He was knowledgeable. He was aware of in a mechanical problems that the car had and had Had repaired.
