Amazing vehicle, but only buy new if you want the S63, the Maybach, or your just really rich, if not, then just wait 5 years, and get it for 70 grand! The value is so low because you can just wait for it to depreciate like crazy. But overall, this is an awesome car.

Just watch out for the “PZEV” versions of fuel pump that is built in inside the fuel tank !!! You need to replace the whole fuel tank $2k just replace the fuel pump which is price only for $200 +/- !!!’ You will know by reading the ID CARDs located both by driver door and when you open the hood

Overall, a well-built automobile. Over the terrible roads that exist in New Jersey, the car can be a bit harsh but stable. I am happy with the choice of model and it performs very well.

Riley Harmon created a flawless car-buying experience for me, even as an out-of-state buyer. As a life-long car enthusiast, I consider myself a demanding buyer. I know what I want from the car, and I want the car-buying experience to be fun by being easy. To ensure that, Riley was responsive, communicative, clear, friendly, professional, patient, and informative, among other things. He responded to every phone call, email, text message in a very reasonable time, and was clear in communication and explanation of their process. The car I bought was the only one in the country in the right color and options combo, which is why I was making the purchase from out-of-state. Not once did he pressure me in any way, despite the unique inventory. The Alfa Romeo I bought has been a life goal, but I wanted to remain rational about the major purchase, so not feeling pressured was important. I flew to Kansas City (my first visit) before the paperwork was completed due my late decision to move forward the previous day. Riley picked me up from the airport, no questions asked. I enjoyed the ride over to Aristocrat Motors while he told me about the city and its history, as well as about the dealership, its management and practices. I truly enjoyed that drive and already felt justified in my decision to make a trip to buy a car. When we pulled up to the dealership, I knew to expect a large, multi-brand campus. It was even nicer than I had expected. Given that the car was a life goal as well as having a sticker price double what I have ever paid for a car before, I was hoping for that ‘above and beyond’ sales experience you always see in commercial, but also knowing that the car I wanted was still a fraction of the most expensive cars that Aristocrat offers. What happened next sealed the deal. The car was not parked in a delivery area outside, not set up in a staging room inside the building; the car was in the middle of the prettiest, most impressive showroom room that I have ever seen, under a massive domed ceiling with indirect lighting, on a stoned floor, surrounded by other Alfas and Maseratis. I was blown away that this is how they treated me. After a quick test-drive just to make sure everything was in its right place, Riley reviewed the online paperwork and pricing that I had gone over the night before. Their online purchasing system is transparent. I could see everything I needed to in one spot, including selecting any applicable manufacturer discounts that applied on my own. The number he showed me matched what I saw the day before, no surprises. Now, the last step before a very long drive home, was the finance office. I was still expecting to walk into Ben Jones’ office and get hit with offers for last-chance, just-in-case add-ons; I was wrong. Ben rattled off the same numbers I saw at home, the same numbers I reviewed with Riley. A handful of signatures in what couldn’t have been longer than 5 minutes, and I was done. My head still spins at how fast that process was, as well as respectful of me as a buyer and my time. I walked out of the office, back over to my new car. Riley thanked me, gave me a parting gift then I quite literally drove off into the sunset. I almost cried looking around myself, seated in a beautiful new Alfa Romeo, with not a single regret nor speed bump to give me second thoughts. The 2022 CLS 450 is a stylish , well appointed and amazingly tech savvy car . It drive so smooth it is like driving a cloud on Fire . The seats compensate in turns , the safety features keep you from making a mistake but most of all the MBUX Voice Control system sets Mercedes Benz apart from other cars in its class - when I need directions I just ask Mercedes to take me to a good Italian restaurant , or tell it the address and it downloads directions, I can ask the car to make a phone call, give me a massage, change the lighting - you get the idea - I have owned Porches and Lexus and not until now have I experienced true luxury in an automobile. The Con for this car has been caused by the chip shortage - I ask for a rear window sun shade option - not available , Dash Cam and Air balance options not available , a couple of standard feature were lost as well like hands free trunk opening and Navigation's Augmented Reality - even with these loses - this car is a 5 star purchase - Please check with your dealer - lost options are a variable depending on when you order your car - probably the later the better - I ordered my car in August 2021 - the height of the chip shortage problem

I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

While getting groceries out of my car, My trunk came down on my head (C-300, 2017). Sometimes trunk opens after I lock the car. This is dangerous. What is the problem?

Signed a 3 year for this car in November of 2019 and ended up buying it because of COVID. I'm not mad at it. This elegant beauty is quite the head turner - sporty, reliable, and luxurious. The CLS 450 was ahead of it's time, with plush massaging leather seats, an inline 6 with a beautiful purr to it. Luxury scenting, dual massaging seats, and autonomous driving make it a pleasure to drive for short and long distances. This is more of a massive 2 seater in my opinion, but that doesn't matter if you don't plan on having backseat passengers. Friends tell me it looks like an NBA players car, and people are constantly complimenting it 5 years later. This car is a looker - the only issue being the fragile 20" OEM wheels. They are gorgeous, but don't drive over any potholes. Never had a single mechanical issue with this beauty, and plan on keeping it for years to come.

Been driving it for 3 years already. Great everyday car, I must admit. Unstated exterior styling versus the power train under the hood. Surprisingly, very good FC for despite the power. Mostly City driving averaging around 9km/l. Managed 13km/l on highway. Experienced a few issues with whining sound coming from engine that remained unresolved. Dealer changed front and rear axle, 2 drive rods, pneumatic suspension pump, wire harness and 48 Volt generator under warranty. These are certainly costly major parts. So, in terms of reliability, I would still rate it as 3, as no breakdown encountered till now.

Dollar for dollar this is the best car that money can buy. A 3 year old MB Certified car with around 30,000 miles is the way to go. The price will be about 50% of original MSRP so you save about $50,000. I suggest 4 MATIC and AMG trim package. I 've owned other MB's, high end Jaguars, BMW's, Volvo's, VW's and several American cars, new and used. This is the best.

Second "S" that I have owned. This AMG model is comfortable with good acceleration for everyday driving. Transmission is a little finicky at takeoff and takes some getting use to for smooth pullaway. Much better overall than my first car (non-AMG). Convenience features are intuitive and make this a wonderful car to drive.

Absolutely love the exterior styling of the sedan. There have been no problems and it’s only been to the dealer twice for software recalls. Biggest problem is rear visibility. Never back up unless you have a big area and nothing to hit. However, it will warn you before you hit something. This is a problem at charging stations.
