Couldn't have asked for better

I shopped, and shopped, and shopped online for a 2012 Jeep Liberty, for like a month and a half. Then I expanded my search out 10 more miles, and there it was, exactly what I was looking for, at Auto Exchange in Lawrence. I called and got Jeremy Pine, who answered every question about some financing issues and about the car, and actually checked into a couple of things he wasn't sure of (vs just throwing an answer at me hoping it would stick, as sometimes happens). Plus, even knowing I was interested, he didn't pressure me to come in, which I did anyway the next day, and he had it waiting right out by the front door... Literally, it was immaculate, like it was new. We talked for a while about it, and again, no pressure. We did the app online, they called us the following morning with the answer, we got the right interest rate, then a little better, and I kept waiting for the bomb to drop because it was just going too smoothly. No bomb - everything went as smoothly as I could have possibly expected. Comparatively speaking, there was no better deal within a 40 mile radius of OP for this vehicle - the advertised price could have easily been higher, but it just wasn't. Jeremy was professional and great to deal with - he even took my calls and texts while he was sitting on a piece of workout equipment at the gym (inside joke)... Honestly, speaking as someone with almost 30 years in sales, this experience was a model for how they should all be.
