Best car dealer experience ever

Brandon did an outstanding job as my salesperson. I couldn't be more satisfied. Since I orderd a custom built 430i, which took 9 weeks from order to delivery, I really appreciated that Brandon stayed in regular touch with me - providing ongoing progress updates. The initial process of "making the deal" was the best ever. he offered me a very fair leasing price, the first time out, without all the haggling and hassle that usually leaves me with my stomach in knots and the feeling I've been duped. Instead I felt valued and like the dealership cared enough about keeping me as a returning customer that they didn't have to try and squeeze every last dime out of me. On the day I took delivery, the lease signing process, with Bob Whay, was quick and painless, and although he provided some options for additional warranty add-ons, it was free of the usual hard-sell approach. I also appreciated meeting the owner, Craig Suntrup. I always feel like the owner's presence provides some comfort to the customer that he cares enough to keep an eye on things, and that he cares enough about his customers to actually want to meet them, not just hide behind some executive's office door. On my previous BMW lease, I used BMW of West St. Louis for all my scheduled service and they were awesome. They even offered the option of picking up my car at my office and providing a loaner. All that extra attention to detail and customer care, made it a no-brainer to use them as my service center, and I plan to do the same with this new lease. I look forward to working with Brandon again, when it's time for my next car, and would recommend him to any of my friends.
