Our car purchase experience was smooth and the owner is very helpful. We had looked at the exact same vehicle at the dealership two days before for $6000 more. We found our vehicle online and drove up to see it the next day. Mr. Ilya allows you to look at the inventory and does not hover. Very easy transaction. He told my husband when he was ready to buy he could help him find what he wanted as well. Highly recommend!
I went in today and looked around. I wasn't ready to buy yet and told the dealer. He still took the time to walk with me around and show me different vehicles they had. I didn't expect someone to take the time they did once I told them I wasn't ready to purchase. I'll return when I'm ready. Very impressed.

I can't say enough about how pleasant this car purchase was. Ryan was very low key but eager to do what he could to help us get into the car that we were there to get. I originally found the car on-line and just happened to be in the area, so I figured I would stop in to take a look. He didn't act like the typical vulture that attacks you as you step onto the lot. He simply said hello and stepped back while we looked but kept himself available for questions. We actually did not come to a deal on that first trip, and we were both totally ok with it. I called him back almost a week later and we were able to work something out. I told him I'd like to think about it over night and he said to "take as much time as you need". I drove back up their (2.5 hours) 2 days later and made the purchase. This probably wouldn't have happened had Ryan been pushy. We had a blast driving our new car home and I've been happy with it since. I was very impressed with Ryan.
The buying process went on as planned. The Manager seems to be trustworthy. But the service of paperwork was too slow and not o sure. Well it is done but the Title deed is being expected. One is told when one pays cash it will go fast. Yet to be seen.
Bought a 2008 Mazda 3 for my daughter, and I was apprehensive because the driver power window switch was faulty. They told me it was on order, so I bought the car..sure enough, they got my switch, even after they had my money!!!
Went there to look at a different vehicle, but when I saw it, I changed my mind. Not that it was horrible or anything, but it was a bit more "used" than what I was interested in. But, they have quite a selection of used vehicles, and it wasn't long before I found the Envoy that I wound up buying.
This is a no nonsense, no frills kind of a place, and they keep their prices reasonable.
All in all, a positive experience, except for one small thing. They wanted me to use my ATM card instead of accepting a check. That required a phone call to my bank to get permission to make a purchase that was above the cards limit. Not a great big deal, but a bit of a hassle.
