I had a good experience while purchasing my 2013 GMC Yukon XL. We got a great deal and a good loan package. If you're in the market for a used car, give Mike Kaufman a call. He was a pleasure to work with and obviously enjoys his job. Just one suggestion - the customer lobby could use a popcorn machine. :-) This seems to be a popular addition to a lot of other dealerships.
Well built and capable vehicle

Smooth ride on the highway, better than average fuel economy. More than enough power, proven engine. Tows well, comfortable up front and for passengers. Power folding third row seats.
We have previously purchased our other vehicles elsewhere. We had a Ford Fusion that had two different recalls on it and we took it to Pudmann for service. Their service department was excellent and because of that we went to purchase a new vehicle through them. We have never had as positive of an experience as we have with Pudmann Ford. Our salesperson, Elliot was fantastic. The finance man Bill, excellent too. They made the experience so smooth and easy. Every interaction we have had with anyone at this dealership has been great! Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and recommend them seeing Elliot. You will be pleased.

There is Plenty of legroom it meets my needs and it's a great ride good to travel in easy to take care of so it has low maintenance
Been driving big Mercs for years. 4.6 engine is reliable. Trunk is HUGE. Carries 6 adults in comfort. Peaceful & quiet. Goes down the Interstate smoothly. I love it on long trips. Arrive fresh and ready to go. If you are ever in a crash, this is the car you want to be in. Lots of steel to protect you.
I have never had a team work so hard to make my dream happen. Veronica Tran and the finance manager spent hours to make sure that i got what I wanted for the package that met my needs. I am so happy to have my dream-car, and the support of the staff at the dealership. I couldnt reccomend them any higher...It feels like i have found a new family. Thanks so much!
Good but not great

The Mercury Mariner is a fairly solid car, very comfortable inside with its heated leather seats which make winter bearable and a nice sun roof which helps air the car in the summer. It does have plenty of storage in the cargo but the back seats don’t fold down flat which makes it awkward to carry bulky items like furniture.
Other drawbacks: gas mpg is bad at 19 which means the car has to be filled every week (I use the car every day for work) and that gets expensive. The car also tends to pick up speed when going down even a small hill (have to keep applying the brakes) and is slow to respond when you step on the accelerator hard to get it to move fast.
Not a bad car but I wouldn’t buy it again.
Exactly one month ago, I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz CLA 250 and they had one. It was the right price, the right color, the right mileage. I didn't call before hand to set up an appointment, but that didn't make a difference. I was made immediately comfortable by Marvin. He introduced himself and put me at ease. My sales expert, Dave, was frigging awesome. He knew so much about the car. When I wasn't sure if I wanted it or not (at first I was underwhelmed), he had me test drive a BMW 320i for a comparison. I still wasn't convinced, so Marvin suggested I take it home overnight. Everyone agreed and of course, I fell in love with it. I traded in a car and they gave me a fair market value. I did come with my own financing so it made the transaction totally smooth. 2 weeks after I had the car, Dave called me to see if I was still in love and to check on me. He also reminded me that I can bring it there for servicing. This was the easiest and smoothest process I have ever had when buying a car. Everyone here is wonderful and I will always come here. Thank you everyone at Dave Sinclair Lincoln St. Peters.
Most reliable model cars I've owned since 1986

Power is fabulous - you'll leave the rest in the dust! Comfort is outstanding w/ driver-side adjustable seat. Sound is amazing - best I've ever heard in a vehicle. Goes anywhere with non-slip trans-axle feature and studded all-season radials installed. One reviewer (a pilot) stated that driving this car on the interstate was "like flying a plane on auto-pilot" - I couldn't agree more - he said it all and said it well!
All the best! That's what we wish our friends, and our friends at Pundmann Ford deliver "all the best" each time we take our car to them for service. They treat us like friends, know our names, show us respect and care. Even the people who are not directly involved with our service treat us that way.

love station wagons!! the later sables are better than the earlier sables. love how the grill goes up with the hood itself. always try to find them on cars.com and auto trader.
This car wasn't the best looking on the lot but was a really good purchase. I needed a few minor repairs but the car runs well.
A safe bargain!

Trustworthy, built like a tank. Fantastic winter vehicle with a million features.
Great visibility and very comfortable. Ford 5.0 V-8 is bulletproof, and the fulltime AWD
is fully automatic and a great safety feature.
Simply the best car I have ever owned, save for my 1965 T-Bird convertible. "Big Silver" belonged to my late mother and stepfather. It was always babied. The ride was like silk, the interior roomy and very quiet. Gas mileage rarely dropped below 26mpg. Aside from routine maintenance and some electrical problems, the car was surprisingly low-cost to operate. Unfortunately, a careless driver ran full-speed into the rear of it two years ago, launching it up an embankment. Only the rear tailight area was munched--it saved my husband's life.
Very nice, efficient, easy to work with everything ran smooth Lee there was not a lot of bickering back-and-forth over price the car was nice and it was affordable and we would certainly come again

Purchased this car from dealer in 2007 as no one wanted a manual transmission except me. This car drove well and I had no problems other than usual wear and tear. Car was detailed prior to sale and looks as good as new.
Very helpful and understanding in the first time purchase of a new vehicle, answered all the questions I had and made the trade in process easy
I LOVE my car! Why did they stop making this car?

I love everything about this car except it has more car noise than some others we have owned. However favorable aspects of this car outweigh sometimes bothersome car noise. It is the most comfortable car I ever owned. Very powerful! Lots of room because it is really wide. Great air conditioner! Comfortable all over. Easy to drive. I am 83 and have no trouble whatsoever driving it. Good gas mileage.
Purchased a new vehicle (An Escape) Looking for and purchasing was not a problem. Everything has been great, Went in at 8:00am, Home by 3:00pm with my new Escape. It’s about time for my first oil change, so customer service, I don’t know yet.

This car drives great in snow and ice. It's very roomy for a small SUV. Heated seats are a plus! Good gas mileage. Dependable on long trips.
