I own a 2003 Mini Cooper and this 2016 Clubman. There is really no comparison between the two vehicles. While it is obvious that the size of the vehicle is different, the Clubman has a twin turbo engine that handles any hill with ease. This car cruises at high speed and feels like you are floating. The larger 17" wheels are nice for getting over potholes in Denver. The interior is well designed and accommodates taller drivers easily. Leg room is abundant for all passengers as the car very easily fits 4 adults. It is truly amazing how nice the inside is in terms of space, engineering, comfort, and sound quality. In addition to the nice 190hp from the engine, the car gets pretty good mileage at about 29 mpg in mixed highway/city driving.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

This is such a great vehicle, hard to let it go. Exterior and interior redesign is outstanding! Color combo is cool and has lots of extra equipment that is so mini! Awesome handling and great gas mileage. Also comes with a transferable tire, wheel and body warranty for even more peace of mind!

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

This car was phenomenal, I had so much fun in it. Only thing that went wrong was the turbo leaked because Mini did not install a good enough turbo heat shield. After installing an aftermarket heat shield for 6.37 it was a drastic change. So much better and responsive. Turbo spoiled up way quicker. Also recommend a cold air intake for better mpg, better pedal response and a much improved sound from stock.

Drives Like A Lexus by WayneNH After driving the Pilot, Ridgeline, Highlander, Santa Fe, and several others, the Sorento EX V6 was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride is like a Lexus and it handles almost like a sedan. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology! On my first 500+ mile trip, I averaged 28.8 mpg. If you're looking for a new crossover in this segment, put this one on your short list to test drive.

I just had the most unbelievable, remarkable, outstanding service of my life. A truck I recently purchased broke on me while pulling an RV for a planned vacation. I must say.... not only did my car ( 2013 BMW 535i Gran Turismo xdrive) get the proper service, I was personally over impressed by the hands on courtesy I received from the team at Momentum BMW Mini. When I brought my car to their service department I was greeted at my vehicle by a representative who kindly directed me to the service area. My service representative was named RICK RAWLANDS whom I had spoken to over the phone but wasn't in his office when I arrived but to my amazement he had left instructions with the front desk clerk that I would be coming and they took great care of me. Though they did have a shuttle to take me back to my destination the service and parts manager SHAWN offered to personally take me. In that short period of time with him I came to the conclusion that he was an honest and stand up person.... he even gave me a BMW Tee shirt and assured me that he would make sure that all of my needs would be met. The following day was a Saturday and I returned to the service department where I met EMILY who was very curtious, hands on and attentive to my needs. EMILY made sure that I was set up in a 2017 430i loaner. Monday morning I stopped in to meet up with Rick who had been off for the weekend to see if I could get the car to duplicate my issue. After my arrival he immediately called over his shop Forman named BRYAN who went out for a drive with me and we were able to get the car to duplicate the problem which turned out to be the lower fuel pump. Wednesday they were all done and my car runs superbly. Needless to say I give this service team a 10 out of 10 and would be confidant to bring my car here again over anywhere else in this city. Hands down they are the best I've ever dealt with. Great job Momentum!!!!!

As soon as we saw this car in the showroom, I told my wife, "I want that one." We were test driving a Clubman S and liked it. But after driving the JCW, ...WOW! Great pickup and cornering. Interior styling is reminiscent of a futuristic-retro aircraft cockpit. Plenty of legroom for my 6'2" 210 pound frame! A little rough ride on the poor Michigan roads, but to be expected with the tight suspension. Super fun car and great styling.

I am writing this review to encourage all to take their vehicles to Tomball Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep. I know taking your vehicle to the 'dealer' is not an exciting experience (having to take your vehicle to any auto repair shop is never positive) due in major part to the stereotypes that are far too often supported by reality. Yet to my surprise, my experience from start to finish, the integrity in the customer service, and the respect given to me, all by Howard Hunt and Darryl Depasquale, will serve as a reminder to me that good people still exist. My van had not started in a month. It needed multiple rocker arms and four cams to be replaced. Here are the facts of my experience: o Howard Hunt, a Service Advisor, called me within one hour of my van arriving via tow truck. o On three separate occasions, Howard said he would call me back at a stated time. He always called me back precisely when he said he would. o He gave me his direct phone I could call/text. When I texted him, he replied back almost immediately. (It did take him roughly 10 minutes to reply to one text I sent him.) o When communicating, Howard was direct, sincere, and did not provide false hope. (That was actually very refreshing.) Albeit this was a costly repair, because he didn't give false hope, there were no surprises during the entirety of the repair process. o Howard went above and beyond to get the work done in the time I requested. At one point, I did not think it would be possible due to the weekend. Howard actually called me excited because he just so happened to ask his parts guy making a delivery if he had the four cams I needed and he did. o After nearly two weeks in the shop and on the day the repairs were complete, Howard Hunt called me to inform me the van's electrical system was causing issues and they were now exploring the problem. My heart sank. He called me back within 15 minutes with excitement and relief explaining to me the mechanic thought it best to unplug and reattach the electrical components to the TIPM system and it worked perfectly. No repairs needed and Howard passionately apologized for having alarmed my wife and I. (I suppose I am not used to having an auto repair shop overly communicate.) o I went to get the van right at closing on a Thursday. The bill was a little more than $300 dollars more than quoted. Howard Hunt had already left for the day. Darryl Depasquale (I didn't realize he was the Service Manager) approached me and said he was looking in to the discrepancy. A few minutes later, he pulled me aside to explain to me what happened. Somehow, an element of the original quote I approved did not tally in the total. Although they did the work and I approved the work, Darryl Depasquale owned the mistake saying it was clearly not my fault nor problem, but a mistake on their end and they would honor what they originally quoted. (That was so refreshing! This all happened past closing, lights off, and doors locked.) o The most defining moment came the next day when I received a call from Howard Hunt stating they had found a way to save me more money…(I am truly not joking.) Much to my surprise, Darryl Depasquale went beyond all expectations when he gave me back a portion of my bill. That was one of the most humbling experiences of my life. I wish there were words to describe the kindness, generosity, and sincere customer service I received directly from Howard Hunt and Darryl Depasquale. Much to my shame, I fail to remember the name of the cashier that stayed well after hours with her work completed to simply process my bill as well as another Service individual (I think Julie was her name) who worked alongside Darryl Depasquale to determine the difference in the bill and my original quote. I am now a proud, life-long customer of Tomball Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep and without question, I trust the people that work there. Howard Hunt and Darryl Depasquale have set the standard for customer relations and customer service.

This is a really enjoyable car! I have been driving company cars from a single manufacturer for over 25 years, and finally had a chance to buy something for myself. I looked at many different manufacturers, but landed on MINI. The Clubman is a super solid car, with excellent handling characteristics and a firm (yet compliant) ride. I wish the 2.0l turbo had more power (I drove a Cadillac ATS with a 2.0l turbo that was awesome), but I gladly give up a little off the line performance for excellence throughout the car. MINIs can get pricey, but I special ordered mine so that I only got the equipment that I wanted. This was a great choice in cars, and the dealer experience was equally as good. I suspect there will be more MINIs in my future!

This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Love my 2018 Clubman

My concern in buying this car was how smooth the ride would be as our Countryman was not a smooth ride and you feel every bump. Not a problem with this Clubman. The ride is smooth and comfortable. The only things missing I would like would have been a remote start for the winter and memory seats for when my spouse drives my car.

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.
