After the service department called me and informed me of a recall, we set an appointment for eight in the morning. They told me the process will take one hour and I can wait while they are working on my car. When I got there after being in traffic for one hour, the guy at the service desk informed me that they don't have the part!! I could not believe that after they actually calling me and send a follow up text message as reminder, they did not have the part. When I mention that I was in the car for one hour to get there, the guy at the service desk said I know where Wayne is, it doesn't take one hour!!
Great buying experience. Went in to just look at a car not expecting to buy at the time. After looking at the car the deal was one that I could not pass up. Zack Gerber was a very nice salesman. Was not pushy at any time during the process. Went into the showroom said I wanted to look at a car he proceeded to pull it out so it was easier to see and he just stepped back. It was great being able to look and experience the car without being pressured or bugged. As this was not my first time looking at a mini it was nice not having someone over your shoulder telling you everything about the car that you already knew.
When looking at the car I did not take it for A test drive either since I had done so at another dealership. After viewing the car I had talked with Zack about my financial stability and that I had to think on it a little bit. The next day he called to check up with me and see if I was still interested. At this time I had decided that I was indeed interested and would go through with purchasing the vehicle. During the whole process Zack was very helpful with letting me know what all I needed and getting the car within my set monthly budget.
Before picking up the car we had contacted the dealer and the my sent the car right to the detailer to get it all cleaned up. Before we got there the car was ready and waiting.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
This place was just amazing. We went on Memorial day and spent literally all day looking and trying out cars there until we found the one we wanted. They were supposed to close at 3pm but stayed with us until 6pm so we could take home our mini :) Victoria was outstanding. She was patient, thorough and both her and Tom worked really hard to try find us the car that would both fit our taste and budget. They were truly wonderful. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for knowledgeable, patient and helpful sellers. And of course amazing cars ;)
I wanted to pass along my customer service experience. It is far too often that we only hear when things go wrong. I walked into the dealership not knowing what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service I was provided. Victoria Garrison is the embodiment of the Holman essence. I was extremely impressed with her knowledge of MINI (not only about the cars and each of the different features, but she even gave me some history of the manufacturer when I asked). She provided extreme attention to detail and exceptional customer service throughout the entire buying experience. Victoria even picked me up from ARI so I could get my new car the very next day. Victoria had made our car buying experience one to remember. This was my first new car, not to mention my first lease, and it couldn’t have been a more enjoyable experience. She is an expert (in my eyes) with regards to all things MINI and is the definition of great customer service! Here at ARI we have something call a Partner of the Month, this is a person recognized by their peers or customers for going above and beyond the call of duty. Whether or not Mini has a similar program, I would still like to nominate Victoria for Partner of the Month for making my car buying experience a special one. I could not imagine going to anyone else, ever again!
I just purchased my very first Mini Cooper, a pre-owned 2012 and could not be happier! From the time I reached out on line and came into the showroom and worked with Stephen Diehl. He actually listened to what my priorities were and where I needed to be budget wise and found the best car to fit all my needs. He was very patient with my questions and took the time to make sure I was familiar with my car before driving off. Every other car I have purchased was a painful, drawn-out process, this was anything but. I also purchased the extended tire warranty package, which I ended up using not even a week later as I commute 100 miles per day and a screw found its way into one of my tires. Michael Perno was my service advisor and had my mini taken care of in very short time frame arranging for transportation to and from my office. I never have had such excellent customer service at a dealership, truly refreshing to be treated so well. Why did I take so long to buy a Mini?!
As a first time care buyer, I was nervous about being bombarded by pushy sales people when I entered the dealership. Mini of Mt. Laurel was the fourth dealership I went to in the South Jersey area and from beginning to start it was a wonderful experience. I went in to window shop and left having put down a deposit on my dream car. Victoria is extremely knowledgeable and did not make me feel pressured at all. Unlike the other sales people I encountered at the other dealership, Victoria did not push me or try to over sell me on anything. She spent the time to get to know me and help lead me to a car that had everything I wanted. I could not be happier!
We found the car we wanted online and took a ride to US1 Auto Sales to check it out. Pat and Dave were very nice right from the start. They are very welcoming and are passionate about cars and know a lot about them. It seems to me that they are running a car sales business and auto mechanic shop that is no pressure and no BS.
The car I ended up buying was a rare find, manual, with low mileage, in excellent condition and the price was super reasonable. I was able to test drive the car for a while and it was spotless inside and out! The buying process was smooth and comfortable.
After going to a few other new and used car dealerships, I can really say US1 is the best and I highly recommend it. I will be purchasing there again in the future and will be recommending it to my family and friends. Thanks again Pat and Dave!

I visited these same 3 dealers and was very dissatisfied during this round. So, I decided to give Davis Honda a try. I met with Salesperson George Trauger. Thanks to George, this car buying experience was UNBELIEVABLY hassle-free and unlike any other I’ve had before. George made the process fun, fast, fresh and friendly.
Additionally, in my travels I have found that meeting with dealership Finance Managers is one of the most stressful parts of the car buying process, where Finance Managers aggressively push overpriced products I didn’t ask for. Bernadette Estelow changed my perception of this. I found the interaction stress-free, educational, and value added.
I’ve been a loyal Honda customer for years, and now I have finally found a dealership worthy of the Honda brand. I look forward to this relationship for years to come.
I no longer dread taking my car in for service. With Otto's you know you are getting what your car needs and not being taken advantage of. Preston is the best! I know he'll keep me updated on my car's status whether I'm sitting in the lounge or dropping it off. He always has a smile on his face whether you are the first appointment or the last, and even when he has to squeeze you in. I appreciate the great customer service at Otto's. It's why I will keep buying MINIs from Otto's!
While there are Mini dealerships closer to us, we have chosen to drive an hour to go to this dealership instead. The reason is that they are no-nonsense and get things done! We bought our car over the phone. Micheal Dixon made the process very easy and we couldn't believe how quickly we were out of there with our beautiful new mini!
Not only did they address the maintenance issue i came in for, but they also washed/vacuumed and performed a full check on my car. And when i was pressed for time, Preston expedited the process to get me back on the road within my timeframe. Great service overall!
Top Notch ...MINI Exton delivers on key, I have been a customer at Ottos Mini in Exton for 8 years, the service managers are always keen to assit, give sound advice, and make adjustments to the "standard level of care" to provide Outstanding care .... I might add I have been an Ottos BMW customer for 22 years, and at times I have brought my Ottos BMW into the MINI shop for a quick nitrogen fill, oil check ...and they always take care of it on the spot ... sometimes if time permist they even wash it for me , saves me the drive to the West Chester dealership too...
We were searching for a gently used XT5, and Delaware Cadillac had one that looked great. Mike Cassidy was our salesperson, and he was terrific. Price, color, and options were just what we wanted. Cutting the deal was easy. When we arrived a few days later to pick up the car, the detailing of the vehicle was as good as I have seen, and I have owned a pile of cars. Put is next to one brand new and don't look at the odometer, and there is now way you could tell it was not brand spanking new. We love the car, and appreciate the professional treatment we had at Delaware Cadillac.
After dealing with large dealerships and having terrible experiences, I was lucky to find HG Motorcar. No pressure sales, laid back salesmen, fair pricing and fantastic service. I had an issue with my vehicle and they bent over backwards to make it right. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. And I love my new car!
