Super easy, low key. Brendan listened to what I was looking for, and gave me some great options, including the Mini Cooper Convertible I am driving and loving. The Finance/Paperwork guy made it quick and easy too. Looking forward to doing business with South Shore Mini for years to come.

I really love the design and the performance.
This is my 4th mini and they keep improving on the cars all the time!
I constantly recommend the brand to all that admire !
Yannis was terrific in financing. Adept, kind, helpful, didn’t “sell” other products.
The entire process of buying a loaner was stellar from beginning to end.
Had to speak to CK in service and he was also amazing. Sean sold me the car and was professional and kind and made the process seamless.

I own a Jeep and was curious about purchasing a Clubman! I love everything about the Mini and lm very pleased with my decision!!! 2 a fun vehicles are better than one!!!
I had wanted a Mini for a long time and was finally in a position to buy a certified pre-owned Cooper S. The whole team at South Shore was knowledgeable (and fun!). Our sales person, Maxwell, was very enthusiastic about mini's, answered every question and made sure our picking up the car went smoothly. He responded in a timely manner to phone calls while I was doing my research on where to buy. Everyone we talked to there owns a mini, and I found that important. I had not bought a car in many years, so this kind of service and their sincere commitment to their product was great.

The very first time I test drove this car, was when I was 15. It was in Nantucket, on the beach... in the sand. Now, I just turned 25 and I’m having one made! This car is great to go anywhere and it’s saftey features are top notch. I’ve always been an SUV type of person, and the Clubman gives me that SUV feel more than how the Mercedes GLA did (thank god that car was just a lease). I had completely forgotten about my experience with Mini Coopers, but upon remembering... I plan on having this car for a long time.
Had a great experience with the group at South Shore BMW - David Josephson was really helpful finding me the right car without being pushy or salesy, which is hard to find in the car sales business. I would highly recommend going here for your next car purchase.
Makes buying a car easy! No gimmicks, no hassle. This is our second time buying from Bourne and I am sure we will be back for a third someday.
My 2nd Mini. Even more excited about this new one.

This is the second Mini I’ve owned I put over 100,000 on the first one had it for nine years now my new car I love just the same. The new technology is great , I just wish they offered mor options that could be added at the dealer like backup camera and navigation systems.
Little did we know we would be in need a of another car, my husband's this time 5 months from getting myself one. We went back to Keith for his knowledge and great service. 5 months later and I am loving my Sienna. Keith found my husband a great used Camry with low miles and a price that can't be beat. The team was great to work with and Phil helped in finance to get us on our way. Thanks for taking great care of us guys!

My concern in buying this car was how smooth the ride would be as our Countryman was not a smooth ride and you feel every bump. Not a problem with this Clubman. The ride is smooth and comfortable. The only things missing I would like would have been a remote start for the winter and memory seats for when my spouse drives my car.
It was our pleasure to do business with Mini of Peabody, and more specifically with the General Sales Manager Jim Carven (GSM), our Sales Agent Richard Tran and their Business/Finance Manager Harley. At no time was there any pressure to purchase the vehicle that we were interested in or the extended maintenance plans that were available after the purchase. Being away on vacation, the GSM allowed us to make a refundable credit card deposit by telephone in order to hold a certain vehicle for up to three days and he also agreed to extend the Black Friday Sales Event and the incredible savings that was being offered on select 2017 MINIs.
I very rarely write reviews, this is an exception and worthy of time to do so. I recently purchased a vehicle from Land Rover Jaguar in Peabody MA. My salesperson was Vito and I have to say he changed my perception of car salespeople. He is honest, straightforward and follows through with what he says he is going to do. He returns calls, email and voicemail promptly. I highly recommend you ask for him if purchasing from the dealership. He is an exception to the norm. I also dealt with Tom Hamilton, the pre-owned car manager. Again, a wonderful experience and a very solid person, very motivated to give a exceptional client experience.- and did so with me. Finally, I dealt with Gus from the finance department. Typically, in my experience, these are pressure-oriented situations. Gus was zero pressure, straight to the point and very informative. After doing my research I bought the extended warranty for my vehicle. This was truly a wonderful client experience working with Peabody Land Rover Jaguar.

great car, unfortunately terrible smell from the air filter. dealer changed the filter etc etc 4 times. still stinks. Mini refuses to take responsibility of the fact. they are aware but, is your problem now.after driving BMW for years , first time that I have to say, this mini STINK.
Purchased New Forester. Purchased first forester here 2003, Impreza 2012. Always courteous and went beyond expectations, from Cooperstein in sales and Paul in service in 2003 to Yvonne in service and Kim and Scott in sales in 2018.
Remind me how fun driving could be again!

I am dying to get in my Mini every morning and start my day with a quick sporty fun drive to my work. This little machine adds a little smile to my mornings. And I receive significant amount of compliments and attention everywhere I go with it. Can’t believe how affordable they offer such great car.
