Adrian the service rep was helpful and personable from the initial phone call to set-up the appointment for the first 10,000 mike service due on the vehicle, to arranging for the loaner. Also, I elected to have the car detailed while in for servicing and the did a beautiful job. Will definitely be using them again.

Although I am very unhappy with the amount of money I've had to spend on repairs in less than 1 year after buying my used car, each time I brought the car in for service I was VERY happy and pleased with the friendly and professional service I received. Plus the hassle free loaners were gorgeous and so much fun to drive! Just this last time I dealt with Joseph Frasco and he was great to deal with. My only gripes are how expensive all the parts/service are but thats my fault for not doing more research before I bought the Mini. I can't hold that against anyone I dealt with including my sales asssociate Ruby. I've actually spent $2000 in less than one year from purchase on repairs and regular maintenance. 75% was on repairs sadly. Unfortunately, none of it was covered by the extended warranty I purchased or was conveniently $3 less than my deductible. $497 instead of $500? Really? lol. Great Staff though all around from Parts to Sales.

This is my second Mini convertible. The 2017 Mini Convertible Cooper S is much improve than their 2015 model. Mine comes with premium and sport package. I love the handling on this car, I used to cringe whenever I went over pothole. It has very smooth, tight ride. It hold the curve of the road really well. They made slight changes to the interior for the better. Excellent configuration for the trunk for larger object. Much quieter power roof.

I brought in my 2015 Mini Cooper for it's annual oil change. Needless to say I was very surprised how much a basic oil change with a multipoint checkpoint costed me. Last year, while the car was still under the maintenance warranty, I was never told that my brakes needed to be replaced or that my air filters needed to be changed. Mini (previous owner) purposely waited until the maintenance period was over to hit me on my paid visit. This is more of a Mini issue than the dealership. As for the dealership, Joe Frasco, my service manager was very helpful and worked with me on the things that needed to be fixed on my car.

MINI's are peppy, at least the S models are. The car was very comfortable for the driver and the front passenger, it's pretty snug for the back seat passengers,although would work in a pinch. The electronics in the car are daunting, and must be mastered before you can operate most of the car's features. There should be classes held regularly for owners and potential owners to acclimate them to accessing all the features the car has to offer.

I recently finalized a lease on a 2018 Mini Cooper S 4 door hardtop. This was my first experience with Mini, and I have nothing but good things to say about this experience. I was met by a salesperson named Ruby King, who from the start, made me feel like family. She was friendly, personable, helpful, and attentive throughout the whole process. Her knowledge of the product was outstanding, and you could tell she had a vested interest/loyalty to the brand. Whenever I go to a dealership, I ask the salesperson what type of vehicle they personally drive. When the salesperson, like Ruby in my case, informs me they drive the brand that they represent, it gives me confidence in the product. Ruby took the time to get to know me, my interest, and my needs. Based on this information, she pointed me in the right direction. There were more expensive models and options available which she could have pushed me to, but she did not. She directed me into what she believed I would be the most happy with...And I???m pleased that she did. In addition, Ruby followed up and ensured my understand of the product, and my satisfaction thereafter. In past purchasing experiences, I left feeling as though I was just another ???number??? or sale. This certainly wasn???t the case this time. I felt like my satisfaction was important to her. I can definitely see why many of Ruby???s customers turn into repeat customers, and I???m sure that I will be added to that list. I would definitely recommend Mini of Ramsey, and specifically Ruby, to friends, family, or anyone for that matter. This experience set a new standard for me, and I can only hope others get a chance to receive the same personalized, enjoyable experience that I did.

I have only had for 2 weeks so I can't account on reliability. I love the sunroof mode hmmm might rain but still want the air. Very smooth ride, I wish that I could take it on the Autobahn to really get the true feel. I only go 60 mph on my daily commute. It will still take some some to figure out all the extras but so far no regrets. I went from a 2006 PT Cruiser Convertible to this and it does sit lower, but when I sat in it the 1st time I swear it was molded just for me. Love all the controls and knobs etc. I have to be careful sometimes and remember that I am the one driving. The color is amazing, I got the orange one, and it just fits this Lil Cooper. plus I have lots of room in the garage. I am happy with my purchase, even though I haven't had a car not in several years.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I have back issues and this seat gives me soo much support- like no other care I/we have ever had! (Including a Cadillac Escalade). So fun to drive and the handling is awesome. My daughter drove it and was surprised by the handling and feel of car- especially turning. It doesn't drive like a small car - the handling is suberb!!! I love everything about it and can't wait to start a Mini club!

Even recent service from time I pulled in on Saturday 2 June early morning to the (almost) excellent car wash (found 2 beads of water running down drivers door, LOL), everything was perfect! Yohanseh LLoyd was an amazing salesman from start to finish. I came in interested in viewing a car that was not available on the lot. Yohanseh LLoyd found two cars that were similar and had me test drive both. At this point I told him I would be looking at other dealerships and I wished him a good evening. He called me several days later to inquire whether I had chosen another vehicle and encouraged me to come in again. I stated I was interested in a car at the Edison location and he actually drove it up for me to test drive. When I didn???t like it he smiled and asked me if I was interested in test driving the other cars from earlier in the week. Throughout this entire process he was professional, respectful and most importantly patient. I test drove a wonderful certified pre-owned car but it didn???t have leather so Wagner the finance specialist said we could certify the one I liked in black. Wagner found me financing within a month of repossession and worked with six banks until he got a ???Yes!??? We went to close and the vin stated the car was blue. I told Wagner I thought the car was black and was unsure if I wanted it. We went out to check and the car was midnight blue. After working for an hour to find me financing I stated I didn???t want the color and left. Wagner was extremely polite and said we could take a day to think about it. Both men were working with a woman who was struggling to find financing after a nightmare of a voluntary repossession. They didn???t have to be polite or professional but they were. I struggled at the closing with references and Wagner brainstormed with me to find the appropriate people to use as references. They were consummate professionals and found a girl financing with a 530 credit score. Go see my boys. They???ll make it happen!!!!

This is my first mini and I absolutely love it! It definitely hasn’t get up and go for a 3.5, sounds amazing (a fab little rumble), plenty of room for a the tall couple that we are, and takes corners like a champ. The dealership was so nice and went over all the bells and whistles before we ever left the lot. When the roof is down, there’s definitely a blind spot, as the rear view mirror is very small. Overall this car is a great fun ride!

I purchased my 2016 Ford Transit Wagon XLT 150 from Hershey's Auto Inc. in Monroe, NY. The van had less than 10000 miles on it and looks brand new. Hershey's beat the next closest used van by $5000 and they were better than the purchase price of a new van by $10000 (even after Ford's standard discount incentives). The van I was looking for was very specific. I wanted a passenger van with the short wheel base and a medium roof. Hershey's had the van on their lot and it was nicely equipped with the XLT package. The factory tinted windows are very important on a passenger van. I negotiated the deal on the phone with Joel. The price was exactly as Joel stated when I arrived at the dealership. Solomon picked me up at the bus station (I travelled in from Boston, MA). Hershey (the owner) personally thanked me for my purchased and followed up on any questions that I had. I was able to drive the van home with New York temporary plates.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. Thankfully, Vroom gives me a 60-day temp tag so there is ample time to receive the plates. Fun, performance and quality

I’ve got about 4K miles in 6 weeks. What I love; driver ergonomics, very bright LED headlights and fog lights, nimble steering, tight turning radius, refined and responsive motor (S model), sound of smooth transmission shifts, economy ( especially in green mode with cruise-controlled highway driving), quality of paint and interior controls, ambient lighting flexibility, everything does what it is supposed to and a very rewarding driving experience. Fun, performance and quality! What’s not so hot; backup camera functionality is limited by the absence of a vehicle footprint and travel path, the rear center blind spot when the top is down, the upgraded HK sound system doesn’t sound all that upgraded, and while features like blind spot monitoring aren’t offered, some features available (openometer and intelligent safety system) provide minimal value. Overall, I love my MINI and so far am very impressed with the vehicle quality and my dealer experience.

I had to replace my flywheel and clutch on my 2009 cooperS, that only had 30k miles. you can imagine my surprise. I've always driven manuals and never had to replace a clutch. I've herd many people have the same issue and shame on BMW MINI division for not putting good parts. never the less the Ramsey service department was wonderful helping me with a serious and expensive decision. Joe in service was understanding and very patient as I'm trying to decide. he and Max the service manager even told me of a service special going on. They use original mini parts, guarantee the work for two years unlimited milage, parts and labor. I had a loaner while the car was being fixed and they did it all in two days. I was very satisfied with Joe and Max, I was kept informed regularly of the progress. Thank you to Joe and Max for all your help.

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

Vroom personnel were thoroughly professional and I received great value in my trade and new car. I took my car to the local dealer for a through inspection upon free delivery. (Vroom offers a 7 day free return policy.) The BMW service manager told me my 2015 X3 Xdrive28i was in such good shape, it would qualify as a certified per-owned on their lot. I easily could have paid $3K more for the car than I did from Vroom.
