I arrived very early for an 9:30 AM appointment and Mo Badi was there and ready for me. Passport had the auto in front lot for me to view, and Mo answered all of my questions. This loaner vehicle was never titled so it was a actually a new/used Mini Cooper with 8K miles and 2-years left on the warranty. They had the window sticker ready for me to review, and I asked for it specifically. No tricks and no illusions. We just haggled for a few minutes(you have to barter) and arrived at a deal we both felt good signing. Great experience, great people, and great coffee. It was a great early Christmas present to my wife.
I no longer dread taking my car in for service. With Otto's you know you are getting what your car needs and not being taken advantage of. Preston is the best! I know he'll keep me updated on my car's status whether I'm sitting in the lounge or dropping it off. He always has a smile on his face whether you are the first appointment or the last, and even when he has to squeeze you in. I appreciate the great customer service at Otto's. It's why I will keep buying MINIs from Otto's!

I did not purchase my car at the dealership but I come here for maintenance of my vehicle. Their customer service is awesome!!! Wydell Whiting was great with keeping me informed and smiling as a solution to my problem was trying to be figured out. And Tim Whitehead always keeps me laughing and makes sure that I’m being well taken care of every time I visit. It’s one dealership I actually look forward to going to because of great service! Keep it up guys.
We were in the market for what would be our 4th Mini vehicle and checked two other dealers in the Chicagoland area. A blind email to Mini of Chicago set us up with Ric Tryce, and we could not be happier with our experience. Ric was very friendly and VERY knowledgeable about the entire Mini line and was great to work with. He was quick to answer all of our questions and would not give an answer without knowing the right one first. The entire dealership was friendly and welcoming. This dealership "gets" what it is to own and drive a Mini. We also had new accessories installed on our vehicle and service department was great and easy to work with. Mini of Chicago is our new Mini dealership of choice!

Buying my Mini Clubman at Braman in WP Beach was a completely satisfying experience due mostly to my salesman, Lee Grossman. Lee was extremely helpful during the entire process and made sure that I understood all the "bell and whistles" on my new car. He is a Mini driver himself and is extremely knowledgeable about all of the Minis. He called to be sure that I wasn't having any trouble with my new car and took extra time to re-explain anything I didn't understand. Tom Rice also pitched in to help me when Lee was unavailable. I enjoyed working with him as well. Braman is lucky to have a salesman of Lee's caliber on their staff and I would recommend him and Braman to anyone interested in a Mini Cooper.
Sara L. in Service is a gem! She always greets us with a smile and treats us like family (we are a Mini family, purchased 7 from this dealership) . I took my car in because it was due for service and a few other issues. Sara immediately assigned me a loaner so I wouldn’t have to wait. Sara texted me on the status of my mini and informed we when the repairs were completed. My car was ready the next day. Fast service! Great customer service! I highly recommend Mini of Fort Myers!
If you're buying, call Brian Giroux. If you're taking your car in for service, use Alan Solis. I've purchased two cars from BMW of Austin; both of which were great experiences. Brian was knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, and was super polite to me, my wife, and daughter each time. Alan Solis in service is also amazing. He's kept me informed every time I take my car in, made sure I had a loaner if it was a longer appointment, and breaks down what can wait, and what needs to happen now. Both of these guys are phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend them.

Great dealership. All of their sales people are professional and patient with all the customers. They will work with you on your budget and do not sell you on add-ons you don't need. Chris the manager is one of the best in town. Highly recommend.
I came to the dealership looking for a fully loaded Countryman S All4 John Bremner assisted me with locating this car in inventory, the car was off site at a close by location. My brother and I drove with John in another car to that garage location, once arrived we say that beautiful Cherry Black Metallic color and saw the interior and fell in love with the car. John B let us drive the car in a close distance near the dealership, after driving I signed the credit app and credit disclosure and told him "Lets do this!" John B had appointment with another customer so I was turned over to meet Akiba Anker the General Sales Manager. Akiba mentioned to me the process and how long it would take from BMW Financial (Mini) to get the approval. Akiba was busy himself too helping his staff so I definitely commend him multi-tasking. After some 10-15 minutes I went into finance with my brother and I to meet Aaron (Mini Finance Manager), Aaron was processing the paperwork, I got Lease Protection and Tire and Wheel so I don't have to worry about any expenses during or at the end of the lease. So highly recommend new and existing buyers to have those amounts rolled over into the loan of the lease. It increased my payment by another $55-$60 however at least I'm covered for Lease Protection ($5000k) max and also Tire and Wheel if I bend my rims or if I get a nail in my tires. You would be a fool if you didn't get these insurance, unless your rich and have extra money lying around like Scrooge McDuck swimming in a money bin. All together the buying experience was awesome at Mini of San Franciso.
