I arrived very early for an 9:30 AM appointment and Mo Badi was there and ready for me. Passport had the auto in front lot for me to view, and Mo answered all of my questions. This loaner vehicle was never titled so it was a actually a new/used Mini Cooper with 8K miles and 2-years left on the warranty. They had the window sticker ready for me to review, and I asked for it specifically. No tricks and no illusions. We just haggled for a few minutes(you have to barter) and arrived at a deal we both felt good signing. Great experience, great people, and great coffee. It was a great early Christmas present to my wife.
I no longer dread taking my car in for service. With Otto's you know you are getting what your car needs and not being taken advantage of. Preston is the best! I know he'll keep me updated on my car's status whether I'm sitting in the lounge or dropping it off. He always has a smile on his face whether you are the first appointment or the last, and even when he has to squeeze you in. I appreciate the great customer service at Otto's. It's why I will keep buying MINIs from Otto's!
Great experience I bought a countryman Tom was my salesman he was very knowledgeable about the cars which got me really excited about purchasing the car. Tom took the pressure out of the process with his hilarious jokes I’am proud to join the Mini Family.

The entire dealership was excellent. A special shout-out to Vinnie Corsi who was our salesperson - super nice, knowledgeable and none of the silly sales tactics we were subjected to when buying my last car (Nissan). The finance manager Nick was also a breath of fresh air. Loving my new MINI!
Initially I spoke to LaRae Rhodes who was pleasant and was even available on a Sunday. a few day's Later, with a scheduled appointment, I met with Donna and she made me feel at home as well as the rest of her co-workers that were around. For anyone with customer anxiety, they will do a great job at putting you at ease and feel welcome.
I must say the entire process was easy and Mini of Warwick guides you through and explains in detail what each step is and what next to expect. The vehicle I purchased needed a new sensor, something minor, but we scheduled an appointment and the car was done in no time. The customer service mechanic from time to time would come out and tell me of its progress which was nice. Great work I thought.
I would recommend going to Mini of Warwick if you would like a great car buying experience with a staff that has awesome customer service skills that makes you feel at ease and welcome.
JoshLauderback was courteous and highly professional. He's very knowledgeable and explained everything well. He handled the paperwork quickly and got me on the road the same day. I heartily recommend him!

Everyone is great while “selling” the car. However, Formula One and my sales person, Tina, did an amazing job throughout the entire process. From the time I walked in the door to receiving my permanent tag in the mail. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an upscale vehicle. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Super easy, low key. Brendan listened to what I was looking for, and gave me some great options, including the Mini Cooper Convertible I am driving and loving. The Finance/Paperwork guy made it quick and easy too. Looking forward to doing business with South Shore Mini for years to come.
From my first phone call to the dealership days before buying the car, till now a week later, Sara Griffith has been nothing but helpful and proactive, focusing on what I wanted in a new car. She asked good questions and listen to answers and found the car that was right for me. I never felt like she was trying to fill a quota or upsell me on anything. She has stayed in touch, to make sure I understand how to work my Mini and that everything is functioning properly. I wish Sara were in real estate, because now I need to buy a house!
Recently needed to replace a small car that we use for a local run around vehicle. My wife had long wanted a MINI so without her knowledge my 13 year old grandson and I went to MINI of Arlington where we were promptly met by Motoring Advisor Cody Cox. I explained I secretly wanted to purchase a top of the line MINI 4 door hardtop with everything on it to surprise my wife. I told my wife and aided by my grandson convinced her that I was going to buy a Dodge R/T., the Dodge place is across the street from the MINI sales. The MINI was ordered and I was kept closely appraised of the MINI and its progress thru the build and delivery by Cody. My grandson and I would talk about the Dodge around my wife and she was thoroughly convinced we were getting a Dodge. So came the day to go order the Dodge my wife, grandson and I loaded up to go to order it. My grandson had expressed a desire to go look at the little cars (MINIs) across the street and I decided to do that first. Cody had the British Racing Green 4 door hardtop sitting just inside the front door in the showroom with a large red bow on top and a sign lying on the dash said the car had been sold to my wife. Her name is a common name and she didn't think anything about it as we were just looking before we went to another dealership to actually purchase a car. We finally convinced her. To say she was totally surprised and thrilled is an understatement. My point to all of this is, without the cooperation and assistance of Cody Cox it would not have happened. His knowledge of the product, the suggestions he made on some options all made the car so much more than even I imagined. Cody took the time to give my wife an introduction to the workings of the various controls and buttons in the car. Including Bryan in the business office , who made the paperwork part pleasant it was a great experience. I highly recommend MINI and BMW of Arlington as the right kind of place to do the business of buying a car.
I had the best experience at Long Beach Mini. Ali Nash took the time to make sure my car was washed and ready for me to test drive when I arrived. He helped me find the car of my dreams. William Rogoff took great care of me in finance, it was quick and smooth!
