By far this is the best dealership I have visited this year. I made a visit this week to inquire about a new mini for my wife, I had all my questions answered, even welcomed by the manager himself. The whole process was easy and very accommodating. Looking forward to get our 2018 mini next year.

There is a new Mini Dealer closer to me in Santa Monica but I continue to drive 45 mins each way to SB, it is well worht the extra effort to me.

I need to give recognition to the service manager "Lino"... Even though my car is out warranty he is the main reason that I continue to bring my car to Southbay . He is very professional and always willing to go the extra mile to be certain that things are right for all of his customers...in fact, Lino and the service department will be the reason that when I am ready to purchase another Mini it will be because of the after sales servie etc.

I visited the dealer after communicating with the sales person the whole morning. I visited the dealer and was treated amazingly. I didn't buy because I decided to hold off on the purchase bUT I will definitely go back when something more to my liking is available.

I got an itch to get a Mini Cooper Convertible. Have been scouring the internet on reviews, options, dealerships and any other info I would need.
