Kevin did some work replacing the water pump on my 2012 Bayswater and he did a perfect job. Do not hesitate to take your MINI here. Ask for Kevin to work on your car and you'll have no worries that the work will be done right
One staff member in the service department, when I came in due to my engine light going on and not being able to accelerate, told me it was my gas cap. Later learned it was the coils in my car and spark plugs.... was too upset. Missed a chuck of work to either be lied or have an unqualified person show how little he knows—instead of having some one that knew what they were doing looking at my car....felt too cheated...still do.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
This place is fabulous to buy a car from! Typically I play the "bad guy" when helping my mother shop for a new car. When we went to look at her dream car, A white Mercedes SLK350 and speaking to Jeremy Hartzler for a few minutes, I felt She was in good hands. Both he and Greg Trask (Finance mgr) went above in beyond to get my mother the best possible deal. Even after the deal has closed and signed Everyone in that office has been so kind, and willing to help my mom figure out all the new technology in her new ride. My family has been going to Mall of Georgia Mini for the past three Minis we have bought including the one we bought this month! All the employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicles and really listen to your wants and needs. They make the experience really fun and by no means pushy like most dealerships are! I have referred several people to the dealership as they also have other luxury vehicles other than Mini???s as most people do not know! I recently had a really good friend of mine buy a vehicle there which was so exciting! Zach is the salesmen my family and I work with however everyone is extremely easy to work worth!
