We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
Cameron and Nick helped me out with my 'new to me' 2003 4runner today. Both of them were very friendly and got me a great deal with the best possible finance rate as well. What's more, I was in and out in an hour and change, which I really appreciated at the beginning of a busy week. So far I love the car and I would certainly send any of my friends and family to these guys for their next car! Thanks guys!
We just purchased a 2019 Tacoma from Stevinson East. We were extremely happy with our salesman Ernie Khalil. He came in on his day off to do our sale. We had a limited time to do the deal and Ernie made it happen! He had our trade appraised and deal locked down and into finance within 30 minutes. Finance was so simple as well. We were back on the road with a great deal in the exact truck we wanted.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
It was great that Groove definitely had the lowest price on the vehicle we purchased. Even better that Zach was our sales contact. He kept in touch with us over the buying process and ensured all was right. I think Groove Toyota is one of the few dealers that realize that the old rules don't apply in the new internet age...as customers are well informed on their purchases. Other dealers were playing the same old deception games. Great job Zach and Groove Toyota in South Denver!
Schomp has treated myself and my family very well. Me as a small dealer with BMW they took care of warranty and other items like they would a 7 Series client. My father has enjoyed the Mini service as well. Also salesman Patrick has shown great initiative in bringing my attention to an E46 M3 6 Speed they have there now. Being an enthusiast, he took his own time at the lot to create a narrated walkaround of the car. I have been able to tell my enthusiast friends about the car with confidence due to his going over and above in marketing. Look forward to stepping into the awesome facility again in the future!

My visit was to assess the service department for a planned purchase from another dealership. Not only did Schomp offer more for my current vehicle, I was able to obtain a newer/bettter vehicle for the same planned expenditure! I LOVE my new car and look forward to being a part of the Schomp Mini family.
Nick was the only person we saw no manager glad handing us. No pressure for buying any car whether new or used. We tried out cars without a salesperson riding along so we could talk freely. When we finally decided to buy the ???one hour out??? took about three hours but we were prepared. But overall it was a tolerable experience.
Anne was the best sales person! I loved my old car a lot. When I had to trade it in I cried more than an adult should... So needless to say giving it up was hard for me. I was looking for a used car with low mile car that is dependable for a good price, so not a huge money maker. Anne was patient for all four hours we were there helping with every step including when we didn't have the right paperwork. She made the transition as smooth as possible. She even helped me with questions I had after I got the new car home. She was the best person i could ask for and I sending my brother there next! Thanks again Anne.
Made an appointment with Marcel. He worked with my schedule. Very knowledgeable about MINI and gave me all kinds of options to help me pick my new vehicle. No high pressure or false promises. Trade in was fair and I"m happy with my new vehicle and felt like I was treated with a lot of respect.
