We went to this dealership last weekend. Me and my wife visited here to check out the mini cooper s before and mike assisted us. He offered us good price at the front. We ended up buying pre-owned mini at the different dealership and it was a mistake. Their customer service was incredibly bad... If you want to buy yourself a mini and would like to have a good customer service, go to this dealership.
This is my second car I have bought at this dealership. BUT, this time was
over the top fabulous because of Kay Mcmillen. She was so fun and no stress
at all to drive and buy a car. GREAT experience just ask for her and your worries are over.
I had the best buying experience yesterday thanks to Ron Yinger! He was awesome through the whole process, super nice and patiently answered all my questions and made me feel at home. The one reason I don't like car shopping is bad experiences with the stereotypical "car salesman" types and Ron broke the mold. My whole family drives Minis and I can say that we'd tell all our friends to go buy a Mini from Ron. Well done, and he was definitely the reason that Mini Seattle will earn my business again in the future.
I have dealing with Seattle Mini since I got my first mini in 2008. I leased and was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service. I have worked with Jay Hammon each time I have leased a Mini. He has provided excellent service so much so that I leased my last mini from him while living in New Mexico. He was very helpful and worked with me through email and phone to facilitate my picking up of my newest Mini. Jay helped to keep track of my car so I could arrange flight up to Seattle as soon as it came in. He even picked me up from the airport! I have recommended friends to Jay and they were very happy with the service and follow up he provided. The service center is always helpful too when I have to take my car in to be serviced. I love my Mini and when it is time to get a new one I will have Jay help me again.
I went into the Seattle Mini dealership with my two rowdy boys prepared to feel like I didn't belong. I was pleasantly surprised that they took my young kids and their volume in stride. I was also expecting pressure to buy more car than I had budgeted, but again, Surprise! Jay Hammon held to the numbers I gave him and even found me a few options to choose from so I wouldn't feel like I was settling. I really appreciated the staff there and their professionalism, friendliness and patience. I would definitely recommend checking out this dealership and will check with them when I'm ready to trade in my Mini, which may be never!!
