After the service department called me and informed me of a recall, we set an appointment for eight in the morning. They told me the process will take one hour and I can wait while they are working on my car. When I got there after being in traffic for one hour, the guy at the service desk informed me that they don't have the part!! I could not believe that after they actually calling me and send a follow up text message as reminder, they did not have the part. When I mention that I was in the car for one hour to get there, the guy at the service desk said I know where Wayne is, it doesn't take one hour!!

I have never had a vehicle so well styled with excellent performance and responsiveness. A complete joy to drive. And it is deceptively bigger inside than you would think. Suits all my needs.
Great buying experience. Went in to just look at a car not expecting to buy at the time. After looking at the car the deal was one that I could not pass up. Zack Gerber was a very nice salesman. Was not pushy at any time during the process. Went into the showroom said I wanted to look at a car he proceeded to pull it out so it was easier to see and he just stepped back. It was great being able to look and experience the car without being pressured or bugged. As this was not my first time looking at a mini it was nice not having someone over your shoulder telling you everything about the car that you already knew.
When looking at the car I did not take it for A test drive either since I had done so at another dealership. After viewing the car I had talked with Zack about my financial stability and that I had to think on it a little bit. The next day he called to check up with me and see if I was still interested. At this time I had decided that I was indeed interested and would go through with purchasing the vehicle. During the whole process Zack was very helpful with letting me know what all I needed and getting the car within my set monthly budget.
Before picking up the car we had contacted the dealer and the my sent the car right to the detailer to get it all cleaned up. Before we got there the car was ready and waiting.

Great experience with buying and servicing at Mini of the Main Line. I bought my pre-owned Countryman a few months back. It was a simple buying experience. I called, they had it, I went, I bought. Not a pressure environment at all. Then, 3 months later I took it in for service and it was awesome. This is my first Mini purchase and I really loved the urban atmosphere of the dealership. Really cool and not traditional. All in all, I'm a happy camper and would recommend then to family or friends who are looking to try out the brand!

Totally surprised with our Countryman S All4. Refined and roomy but still plays like a MINI. We drove both the MINI and the BMW X1 (same chassis). Both were very nice but MINI handles more like a sports car. Butter smooth engine (same basic engine as in BMW 3 Series) and responsive 8-speed automatic transmission (also used in Lexus RX350) work well together. Beautiful interior. We ordered ours loaded and don't regret all the goodies. The larger engine in the S is powerful. The All4 all wheel drive system works seamlessly - but accelerate on wet pavement and traction is excellent. Car has been flawless.
Excellent service from the sales agent, Mark, the sales manager, Damon, and the finance manager, Thomas. Very smooth process. They gave me a fair price for a maxed out Clubman, assisted with my end of lease process and price on my BMW and I drove the new car home within a few hours of walking in the door. Highly recommended!

I have been looking at these and researching them. My husband and I stopped to test drive. We were both surprised by the interior comfort, especially since we are both above average height and long legs. Fun to drive and the toggle switches give it that old roadster looks. Had more pep and go than we expected. Engine Noise is the only real drawback.
From beginning to end, my overall experience with Mini of the Mainline has been EXCEPTIONAL!! I've been buying cars for 24 years now, and these guys and gals blow all the other competition out of the water.
Back to a MINI :)

I’ve had four other MINI’s over the past 15 years - from a few two door hardtops, a convertible, and a 2015 Countryman.
I took a break from the MINI’s and bought a 2017 Toyota RAV4 - only kept it 14 months - missed the go cart handling of the MINI.
Now every morning when I go to the garage my MINI makes me smile :)
This 2019 Countryman is by far my favorite !
MINI has made a lot of great improvements over the years.
Throughout the ownership of my Mini Countryman, I took it to the crew at Mini of the Main Line. After having such an enjoyable buying experience, I decided to take it there for service - even though I lived about an hour away! They always provided me with a premier level of customer service. Ed, Ryan, and Michelle are the hardest working service reps I have ever had the pleasure of working with... And I have dealt with a lot over the years! If you are thinking of buying a Mini, or are looking for a new service provider for your existing Mini, go see Mini of the Main Line. You will not be disappointed! I no longer have my Mini, as I required a larger SUV with 4WD for both work and pleasure. But during our time together, my Mini saved my life in a horrific PA TPK crash, and never left me stranded. If your Mini does require some TLC, Ed and his team with provide it with the best care out there!
The service and care my car receives at Mini of the Mainline is excellent. This is my second Mini and I always feel that my car is in good hands when it is being serviced or detailed. Dan and Michele are always very friendly and welcoming. Thank you guys for taking such good care of my Mini!
I'm on my 3rd mini, I got my sister to get two of them, and I sold another to another friend. I recommended Mainline Mini for everyone. I guess thats my accounting for the last decade. And I am hoping that the next decade keeps me rolling down that long highway! I'm still having fun!
Had a problem with my Mini for 6 months. The "other" dealer couldn't solve the problem. Brought it to Main LIne and they got it taken care of on the first try. Ryan and the service team listened to me which wasn't happening before. Thanks guys.
I could not imagine driving anything other than a Mini or going anywhere other than Mini of the Mainline! I've now bought my second Mini (upsized to the Countryman!) from Mark, who helps each step of the way and found the exact car I wanted! While everyone is super friendly and helpful, Ryan is my primary service rep and I couldn't be happier with the way I am treated by him and Ed every single time I walk in the door! My Mini is the best car, it's super reliable and fun to drive, the service at Mini Mainline is top notch, and the sales and service reps make me feel like part of the Mini family. A+ all around!
