I took my car in for my first routine service. Marcos was VERY HELPFUL to make sure I understood what was being done and what was covered under the warranty service program. They were very speedy while still being very thorough. One of the best service experiences from any dealership.
came in on a sunday, we were shown a few cars but not given a lot of options. i liked that theirs sales staff arent pushy, but I might have been swayed with alternatives.

I had the best buying experience yesterday thanks to Ron Yinger! He was awesome through the whole process, super nice and patiently answered all my questions and made me feel at home. The one reason I don't like car shopping is bad experiences with the stereotypical "car salesman" types and Ron broke the mold. My whole family drives Minis and I can say that we'd tell all our friends to go buy a Mini from Ron. Well done, and he was definitely the reason that Mini Seattle will earn my business again in the future.
We went to this dealership last weekend. Me and my wife visited here to check out the mini cooper s before and mike assisted us. He offered us good price at the front. We ended up buying pre-owned mini at the different dealership and it was a mistake. Their customer service was incredibly bad... If you want to buy yourself a mini and would like to have a good customer service, go to this dealership.
The representative was really nick and affable. When I have questions, I asked then they would respond me quickly. Even though I was not sure about any things such as this was my first time to buy a car.
Every since I stepped foot in MINI of San Diego I have been pleased with their service. During the time I was shopping for a car I had a not so great experience at a different dealership so I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked into MINI of San Diego however when I did I exhaled. Everyone was pleasant I didn't feel the hustle and bustle that I did from the previous dealership. Jay worked with me to get the car that I wanted and deserved. I recently wasn't sure if my MINI was ready for service so I stopped by MINI just to ask a few questions and found that it was time. Anthony took care of me and fit me right in. My MINI was serviced in no time and while I waited I enjoyed the lounging area and some nice cold water and made it to my gym class with time to spare. I'm never disappointed when I go to MINI no matter what the reason.
I had a 2003 Mini, and I finally was ready to let her go. It was a scary prospect to upgrade, and I had NO idea how much cars had changed!
The process to identify the car was the hardest part. Once I contacted Mini of Marin, it was easy from start to finish. So grateful for the experience, and I LOVE my new Mini!!!
