This place was just amazing. We went on Memorial day and spent literally all day looking and trying out cars there until we found the one we wanted. They were supposed to close at 3pm but stayed with us until 6pm so we could take home our mini :) Victoria was outstanding. She was patient, thorough and both her and Tom worked really hard to try find us the car that would both fit our taste and budget. They were truly wonderful. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for knowledgeable, patient and helpful sellers. And of course amazing cars ;)
I wanted to pass along my customer service experience. It is far too often that we only hear when things go wrong. I walked into the dealership not knowing what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service I was provided. Victoria Garrison is the embodiment of the Holman essence. I was extremely impressed with her knowledge of MINI (not only about the cars and each of the different features, but she even gave me some history of the manufacturer when I asked). She provided extreme attention to detail and exceptional customer service throughout the entire buying experience. Victoria even picked me up from ARI so I could get my new car the very next day. Victoria had made our car buying experience one to remember. This was my first new car, not to mention my first lease, and it couldn’t have been a more enjoyable experience. She is an expert (in my eyes) with regards to all things MINI and is the definition of great customer service! Here at ARI we have something call a Partner of the Month, this is a person recognized by their peers or customers for going above and beyond the call of duty. Whether or not Mini has a similar program, I would still like to nominate Victoria for Partner of the Month for making my car buying experience a special one. I could not imagine going to anyone else, ever again!
After the service department called me and informed me of a recall, we set an appointment for eight in the morning. They told me the process will take one hour and I can wait while they are working on my car. When I got there after being in traffic for one hour, the guy at the service desk informed me that they don't have the part!! I could not believe that after they actually calling me and send a follow up text message as reminder, they did not have the part. When I mention that I was in the car for one hour to get there, the guy at the service desk said I know where Wayne is, it doesn't take one hour!!
Great buying experience. Went in to just look at a car not expecting to buy at the time. After looking at the car the deal was one that I could not pass up. Zack Gerber was a very nice salesman. Was not pushy at any time during the process. Went into the showroom said I wanted to look at a car he proceeded to pull it out so it was easier to see and he just stepped back. It was great being able to look and experience the car without being pressured or bugged. As this was not my first time looking at a mini it was nice not having someone over your shoulder telling you everything about the car that you already knew.
When looking at the car I did not take it for A test drive either since I had done so at another dealership. After viewing the car I had talked with Zack about my financial stability and that I had to think on it a little bit. The next day he called to check up with me and see if I was still interested. At this time I had decided that I was indeed interested and would go through with purchasing the vehicle. During the whole process Zack was very helpful with letting me know what all I needed and getting the car within my set monthly budget.
Before picking up the car we had contacted the dealer and the my sent the car right to the detailer to get it all cleaned up. Before we got there the car was ready and waiting.
Great experience with buying and servicing at Mini of the Main Line. I bought my pre-owned Countryman a few months back. It was a simple buying experience. I called, they had it, I went, I bought. Not a pressure environment at all. Then, 3 months later I took it in for service and it was awesome. This is my first Mini purchase and I really loved the urban atmosphere of the dealership. Really cool and not traditional. All in all, I'm a happy camper and would recommend then to family or friends who are looking to try out the brand!
