I continue to rave about the after sales service that South Bay continues to provie me.
There is a new Mini Dealer closer to me in Santa Monica but I continue to drive 45 mins each way to SB, it is well worht the extra effort to me.
I have never been disappointed with the care that has been extended to me.
I need to give recognition to the service manager "Lino"... Even though my car is out warranty he is the main reason that I continue to bring my car to Southbay . He is very professional and always willing to go the extra mile to be certain that things are right for all of his customers...in fact, Lino and the service department will be the reason that when I am ready to purchase another Mini it will be because of the after sales servie etc.
If you want a great price on a Mini as well as great service, South Bay in my opinion is the Only Way
I had the best experience at Long Beach Mini. Ali Nash took the time to make sure my car was washed and ready for me to test drive when I arrived. He helped me find the car of my dreams. William Rogoff took great care of me in finance, it was quick and smooth!
By far this is the best dealership I have visited this year. I made a visit this week to inquire about a new mini for my wife, I had all my questions answered, even welcomed by the manager himself. The whole process was easy and very accommodating. Looking forward to get our 2018 mini next year.
I purchased my MINI there last month and the experience I had was warm and welcoming, I feel like I am part of the MINI and Long Beach MINI Family now! I've always struggled to find salesmen that are honest and truly care about the customer and not their wallet. I was able to get into the MINI of my dreams, and a shout-out to the service department for putting Sport Stripes on my car! I will definitely be coming back to Long Beach MINI to lease my next MINI...maybe I'll be able to get a JCW next time!
