I highly recommend anyone with a BMW to check out Herb Chambers of Boston...staff is nice and friendly...the best part is that you can be worry free when your car is getting serviced...I???ve been dealing with Service Adviser DAN BLASH for a while now...never disappointed...the professionalism he demonstrates the way he communicates every step of the way from the moment u drop off until the moment you pickup gives you comfort, because you feel involved in the whole process. I give this company and Dan my service adviser a 5 star rating!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I bought my new MINI from Sarah Hunter. I wanted a particular set of combination of features. First, she contacted all the other MINI dealerships in the near vicinity to find what I needed. When that did not work out, she build one for me and processed it quickly and my new MINI arrived sooner than promised. After a few weeks of driving, I got back to her with a custom need and she immediately explored all possible options. She spent countless hours to make sure I was taken care of. I might buy a car from her again in the future!
Bad days and misunderstandings happen to all of us but the customer service redemption of this dealership is impeccable. They have me on a happiness high. Very grateful for Jeff and Jeremy. Odometer Fraud. Patrick Titshaw tried to commit odometer fraud with my 2015 Smart Car Passion Coupe to evade honoring the four year 50,000 warranty.

Super easy, low key. Brendan listened to what I was looking for, and gave me some great options, including the Mini Cooper Convertible I am driving and loving. The Finance/Paperwork guy made it quick and easy too. Looking forward to doing business with South Shore Mini for years to come.
It was our pleasure to do business with Mini of Peabody, and more specifically with the General Sales Manager Jim Carven (GSM), our Sales Agent Richard Tran and their Business/Finance Manager Harley. At no time was there any pressure to purchase the vehicle that we were interested in or the extended maintenance plans that were available after the purchase. Being away on vacation, the GSM allowed us to make a refundable credit card deposit by telephone in order to hold a certain vehicle for up to three days and he also agreed to extend the Black Friday Sales Event and the incredible savings that was being offered on select 2017 MINIs.
I had a almost painless experience at Mini of Peabody when purchasing my Mini Convertible 2017 a week ago. Buying a car today is very different dynamic than a few years ago. We the consumer has abundant information available to us online. And Mini of Peabody dealer (I worked with Adam) recognize this and able to accommodate and match my expectation.
Very nice staff and very cooperativve. Made my first purchase exeprience truely comfortable. Adam was very helpful and friendly and made the whole process Super Easy for me. Michael was very responsive over the emails or on mobile whenever I needed any details about the vehicle or process. I would Highly Recommend buying your dream vehicle at this dealership.
Great staff, great price, really impressed! Bought a month ago and they have followed up, even with a "Second date" offering me a chance to come back in and review the options on the Clubman to make sure I'm getting the most out of it.
This was by far the best car buying experience that we have ever had. David Moretti was very accommodating and had a great attention to the small but important details. He was very personable and certainly made us feel like we were talking with an old friend. We would highly recommend David and all of the Michaud TEAM to any perspective car buyers. (In fact, we have already referred him to our daughter and son-in-law!)
Bob, my sales guy, was great as was everyone I met. Facility was clean and well maintained, as were all the cars on the lot. Plus, a great selection of luxury used cars.
