Great dealership. All of their sales people are professional and patient with all the customers. They will work with you on your budget and do not sell you on add-ons you don't need. Chris the manager is one of the best in town. Highly recommend.
I Love My Car

I love my car. It is very very good on gas. I love that it moves quickly when necessary. My car is very comfortable and a great car for travel.
I came to the dealership looking for a fully loaded Countryman S All4 John Bremner assisted me with locating this car in inventory, the car was off site at a close by location. My brother and I drove with John in another car to that garage location, once arrived we say that beautiful Cherry Black Metallic color and saw the interior and fell in love with the car. John B let us drive the car in a close distance near the dealership, after driving I signed the credit app and credit disclosure and told him "Lets do this!" John B had appointment with another customer so I was turned over to meet Akiba Anker the General Sales Manager. Akiba mentioned to me the process and how long it would take from BMW Financial (Mini) to get the approval. Akiba was busy himself too helping his staff so I definitely commend him multi-tasking. After some 10-15 minutes I went into finance with my brother and I to meet Aaron (Mini Finance Manager), Aaron was processing the paperwork, I got Lease Protection and Tire and Wheel so I don't have to worry about any expenses during or at the end of the lease. So highly recommend new and existing buyers to have those amounts rolled over into the loan of the lease. It increased my payment by another $55-$60 however at least I'm covered for Lease Protection ($5000k) max and also Tire and Wheel if I bend my rims or if I get a nail in my tires. You would be a fool if you didn't get these insurance, unless your rich and have extra money lying around like Scrooge McDuck swimming in a money bin. All together the buying experience was awesome at Mini of San Franciso.
Best car I ever owned.

So good I bought another new Mini. Reliable, fun to drive and great
on gas. Never a problem. Better than a lot of more expensive cars
Second experience buying a car from here. Always great people to look after you and a great choice in cars. Thank you Rose!

Super fun car to drive with excellent gas mileage also! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for something truly unique and super fun to drive! Excellent handling, great power from the turbo 4 cylinder engine with unbelievable gas mileage!
Everything was very fast and easy. Sales men were very friendly, and actually were willing to work with you. Good deals were offered. They followed up after making sure everything went well. Highly recommend!
great car with great gas mileage but still sporty

The car has been great and aside from that Mini's customer service has always been phenomenal, it has a great sport feel while maintaining great gas mileage, only issue i have ever had was an issue with the brakes that was a factory defect and they took care of it right away for me
I've been wanting a MINI Cooper ever since the new models came out 15 or so years ago. "B" was very helpful with all aspects of my visit, including the test drive and other logistics. My blue MINI Hatch (2011, 6-spd manual) is in great shape and I'm loving it!
I found the perfect car!

This is my second MINI Cooper and I couldn't be more impressed. It's so much fun to drive, hugs every turn like you're in a race car, is super safe (I was t-boned by a pickup truck in my 2015 MINI which was totaled - and walked out of the car with just a scratch), and is just physically such a cool car to drive. The leather interior makes it feel like a luxury vehicle. I love the bluetooth pairing option and the moon roof. I drive to Philadelphia every weekend and this car is super easy to parallel park.
I was met immediately upon arrival. They extremely polite and helpful. The only issue was my lead service person went on vacation and I kinda got lost in the shuffle.

car is great, amazing gas mileage, stylish, extremely affordable and goid on insurance. The car has way more space inside then you think looking from the outside and with seats folded down tons of storage in back.
My Mini Cooper was serviced it was completed in the time specified. Staff were helpful and my came back to me clean and running smoothly.
Fun, Fun, Fun!

2016 Mini 4 Door Hard Top, super value, unit was a lease vehicle, came with remainder of factory warranty as well as remainder of service contract, 36 month/36,000 miles. Mini of Cincinnati is a fantastic dealer!
Although I havent bought the car from them but i liked the overall process and prompt reaponses from shift sf. They brought the veichle to my door but i could not able to meet due to an emergency. This was handled very politly by the driver and appreciate it. Thanks
Shift helped me find a buyer for my 2014 BMW M5. They had my vehicle inspected, took care of the detailing, photos and delivery to the new buyer. After selling the BMW, Kevin and his team were able to find me a 2012 Bentley GT convertible with 5k miles and help me purchase below market value.
Kevin and his team communicated thought the whole process and was very helpful in selling and buying my new car.
I would strongly recommend Team Shift for anyone who is in the market for buying or selling.
Edmund was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, friendly, and not at all pushy. He also provided great information and worked hard to earn our business.
It's a Blast; There's Four Doors on this Thing?

The move from the Peugeot engine to BMW's Turbo'd i4 isn't the only A+ decision made with the creation of the Mini Hardtop 4-Door S. (Though we're getting a little convoluted on our naming conventions?) As a previous generation Mini owner, I can't help but shout: what a massive leap forward in interior quality this vehicle has taken. Add the 6-Speed—which, by some miracle, is relatively available—and you've got a comfortable car that can remember it's a sports car with the toggle of a switch.
There are those who will complain about it's reduction in rawness. This clearly, purely depends on driving purpose. We could surely pick at some of the finer choices—I still wish steering were firmer and more connective. However, for my purposes, this is about as much fun as one can have in a 4-Door commuter.
I had a 2003 Mini, and I finally was ready to let her go. It was a scary prospect to upgrade, and I had NO idea how much cars had changed!
The process to identify the car was the hardest part. Once I contacted Mini of Marin, it was easy from start to finish. So grateful for the experience, and I LOVE my new Mini!!!
A really nice car, but the ride can be rough

I really love this car. It has more usable room inside than far bigger vehicles. It's fun to drive and gets great mileage. Easy to park, of course. My only complaint is that the suspension is extra stiff on the S version we bought, which isn't ideal for Chicago's terrible streets. I regret I didn't get the suspension damping option.
Rose was fantastic. She worked with me via email to figure out the total out the door price before I flew down from Seattle to pick up the car. Everyone was friendly and genuine. Best dealership experience ever!
