I used to have a friend over at Ferman BMW therefore I took my car in for service at Ferman Mini based on his suggestion. This was after I moved to Florida and was new to the area. Though their facility was fancy, they didn't address any of my concerns outside of the required service. Irritating when you drive 38 miles to get to the dealer. I can say the very opposite about Wesley Chapel Mini, which by the way is a tad further from me than Ferman is. They've done nothing (specifically Eric, Brien & Miguel in service) but go well above and beyond my requests. From the time I brought my vehicle in for a miniscule service, also a few miles early- Eric suggested several other items that weren't even on the docket. This brings me to my most recent visit, where my vehicle underwent a 1 in a million type issue where an un torqued bolt came off of the crank guide into the engine after a shift. The car wasn't in driving condition at all, I was stranded at the office. I used the MINI road side service to have the vehicle towed to Wesley Chapel where they blindly gave me a loaner car (didn't expect that as I called them 30 minutes after this happened) and opened a PUMA case for BMW to start an investigation. Low and behold, a little less than a month later my vehicle has a new motor (again, yes second one..) also with a new clutch & flywheel which was done on the dealership's dime at the time. During the time they had my car, they also sent a porter to switch loaner cars with us for rotation purposes which was extremely convinient. I am still fighting BMW North America to give me an overhead warranty on the engine itself as the vehicle is now out of warranty and woudln't be covered if this issue was to be repeated, however that is a standalone issue and takes nothing away from the extraordinary level of service that Mini of Wesley Chapel provides. Thanks guys, I rarely give good reviews because I can't cap my honesty.

Found the car to be very harsh overall. While the newer 3 cylinder turbo was a much needed improvement pep wise, and was the only thing that pleasantly surprised me. Harsh ride, very uncomfortable seats, and while I could make an argument for the interior styling to be cool and unique, I can’t say I walked away impressed by anything about this car. I was very disappointed.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. Brought my 2000 Z3 in for repairs: ABS warning light on, dashboard night light check, trunk struts replacement, new fob activation, radio volume knob check, and oil change check up. I had had problems with Ferman in the past where my car was brought in for the same air conditioning repair several times, and I had to pay again. So, I told Mr. Wilder that I was concerned about my history with Ferman, and asked how much would the repair cost. He said "in the thousands. Your car is 20 years old." (even though my car is seen regularly and successfully at Reeves in Tampa). He said "he could find 5 things wrong with a new car right now", which made me wonder what I was getting into. I asked him if I could drive to Reeves, and he insisted it was not safe, that they will give me a loaner, I asked about an oil change, and he said my car would be checked ???from head to toe." Did not get an estimate until the third day. The estimate was for $3975.21, and included ABS module box for $2117.14 (although Mr. Wilder told me that may not be the problem), front brakes pad only and replacement (yellow 4) at $355.02, drive belt replacement for $239.65, wiper blades replacement for $94.61, headlight switch for $536.46, shop charges of $52.57, taxes of $260.06, two diagnostic charges at $160 each, but did not address my request for trunk struts, radio volume knob check, oil change, or programming the new fob I had brought in. I was given a separate quote for $125 for the oil change, and $296 for the trunk strut replacement. I decided to take my car to Reeves since I was not comfortable with the quote, and I was asked to pay $343.47 for the estimate. I was not allowed to apply the $343.47 estimate charge to the struts or oil change because according to Mr. Wilder it was not part of the estimate. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told none were available -- all were in training. Incidentally, the multipoint check had not been done: fluids were not topped, tire pressure was not checked. I bought the OEM trunk struts at Advanced Auto Parts for less than $30/pair. The attendant replaced them for free in less than 5 minutes. Two rings need to be snapped off each strut using a flat screw driver, and then the replacement struts snap back on. I also purchased extreme weather premium wipers for $33/pair, which again the attendant snapped on my car for free in less than 3 minutes. However, when he replaced my wipers, he said my old ones were in good condition, and would not have needed changing. Update After writing this review, I was contacted by Ferman's General Manager, Mr. Bob Murray to discuss the situation. I visited the dealership and in the absence of Mr. Murray, spoke with the Assistant Manager, Mr, Karl Alvarez, who listened attentively to my concerns and introduced me to Mr. Brian Pelletier, Service Manager. Mr. Pelletier was very sympathetic, and asked for a chance to make things all right. He assigned my case to Ms. Jamie Annese, Assistant Service Manager and Kyle Silcox of the Gold Team worked on my car. They made all the necessary repairs: abs module, electric switch, drive belt, oil change, and fob activation (the new fob could not be programmed, but the old one seems to have been restored to its old glory) at a reasonable price. Ferman did right by me. Trust is something your can't buy. Thank you for restoring my car and my faith in you.

This is my second Mini Cooper and I LOVE it. My first one was used and I kept it for four years. When I went look King for another used one, this was a deal too good to pass up. It has so much to offer, is amazingly comfortable, peppy, has a gorgeous mother on roof and turns on a dime. Heated seats and mirrors make it even more wonderful.

Once again I had a very enjoyable, informative and most professional experience with Steve Venden and Ferman BMW - my second car leased with Steve. On Monday, June 18th, I brought my 440i in for service. I leased that car from Steve and Ferman on December 12, 2016, thus was in the middle of a 36 month lease. Our 2 door car needed to be upgraded to a 4 door. While Cesar Tereso (also excellent) was assessing my car for service I took the time to roam the new car lot looking at 4 door models. I asked Tereso not to do anything with the service until I spoke with Steve about a new lease on a 4 door. Long story short, Steve and I arrived at a 2018 540i, beautiful 4 door on the lot with a complete sports package. I had described to Steve exactly what I wanted and he found it - the perfect car for my wife and me. Alpine white with a white leather interior, my wife???s favorite combination. Steve wasted no time - we immediately took a test driver then came back to his office to negotiate a new lease. I added a couple features that we already had on our present car - carbon fiber spoiler and mirror covers. I then had to leave for an appointment but Steve told me he would run the numbers and get back to me soon. I heard from Steve in a couple hours and we quickly consummated the deal. We bought out of our first lease and set up a new 36 month lease for the 540i. Steve would have had the car and paperwork ready the next day but my wife was scheduled for surgery so we met yesterday, Wednesday the 30th at 11:00am. Our new car was completely detailed. Steve even surprised me by having the car already tinted! At 11am yesterday the car was completely ready (a couple items had to be ordered). The car was perfectly detailed. The financing was set up and handled efficiently by Scott Douglas (Spelling). I transferred everything from my 440i to our new 540i. Steve then took the time to completely orient me to the new car, he answered all my questions, set all my personal settings, paired up my phone, etc. In summary, I couldn???t have had a better car buying experience. I have purchased or leased over 30 cars over the years and my 2 best experiences by far have been with Steve Venden and Ferman BMW. He is the best - knowledgeable, professional and low pressure. I could not have been more satisfied with a car buying/leasing experience. I do know from past history that Steve with answer the phone whenever I need him. I do recommend Steve Venden and Ferman BMW to any person interested in a new or pre-owned vehicle.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

Accommodating - Are all words to describe my experience at OffLeaseOnly-Miami working with Sales Asssociate JC (Juan) and Finance Manager Tamiri Thompson. This was my first visit and introduction to OffLeaseOnly-Miami. I am a USAA Member interested in purchasing a car through the USAA Car Buying Service I found my online that was located at OffLeaseOY-Miami. I clicked on ???Check Availability???, submitted my info for a call back and within 10 minutes, I received a call from Boris Moran. Very pleasant and informative. He told me about the 2016 Midnight Blue Metallic Panamara 4 and encouraged me to make an appointment to come the vehicle, as it???s a first come first serve purchase policy. After confirming my appointment time, within 30 minutes, I received a text confirmation from my assIgned Agent Geoffrey Goodell. After changing my appt time to earlier, Geoffrey was very accommodating and welcoming as well. Im a strategic planner by trade and upon arrival to the dealership, I immediately took note of the well oiled operation from the Greeter at the gate to the staging area for customers and constant moving of Sales Agents, Valet and host of people walking around with company shirts. It looked like a meat market with the sea of customers inside and outside buzzing around, talking to agents and on the computers looking for deals. Within moments Geoffrey approached me, introduced himself and the dance to ownership began. Despite the rain delays in getting the car pulled up, Geoffrey showed me the car, set me up for a test drive and asked JC (Juan) Lopez to take it from there because he got wrapped in closing a deal for another customer. JC was definitely???Johnny on the spot??? with answers to questions and any assistance I needed. After the test drive, I was sold on the deal and we immediately moved to the purchasing stage. Step by step JC guided me through the process and we ran into an unanswerable question for USAA that had to wait until the next morning because their Auto Loan Dept was closed by 6:30p on Sunday. I left the dealership around 6:45pm and scheduled to come back to meet JC first thing Monday morning after talking to USAA. Everything worked like clockwork. I was connected w Finance Manager Tamari Thompson who was very thorough, professional and very knowledgeable of the intricacies of the USAA Car Buying Service and efficiently walked me through the paperwork to seal the deal to ownership. Seamless process. He walked me through extended warranty options and assisted me in finalizing all the paperwork. High customer service focus shined through for JC and Tamari. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable, we got it done. I???m extremely happy with my car and pleased with the customer care at OffLeaseOnly-Miami. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the dealership.

Brought my 2000 Z3 in for repairs: ABS warning light on, dashboard night light check, trunk struts replacement, new fob activation, radio volume knob check, and oil change check up. I had had problems with Ferman in the past where my car was brought in for the same air conditioning repair several times, and I had to pay again. So, I told Mr. Wilder that I was concerned about my history with Ferman, and asked how much would the repair cost. He said "in the thousands. Your car is 20 years old." (even though my car is seen regularly and successfully at Reeves in Tampa). He said "he could find 5 things wrong with a new car right now", which made me wonder what I was getting into. I asked him if I could drive to Reeves, and he insisted it was not safe, that they will give me a loaner, I asked about an oil change, and he said my car would be checked ???from head to toe." Did not get an estimate until the third day. The estimate was for $3975.21, and included ABS module box for $2117.14 (although Mr. Wilder told me that may not be the problem), front brakes pad only and replacement (yellow 4) at $355.02, drive belt replacement for $239.65, wiper blades replacement for $94.61, headlight switch for $536.46, shop charges of $52.57, taxes of $260.06, two diagnostic charges at $160 each, but did not address my request for trunk struts, radio volume knob check, oil change, or programming the new fob I had brought in. I was given a separate quote for $125 for the oil change, and $296 for the trunk strut replacement. I decided to take my car to Reeves since I was not comfortable with the quote, and I was asked to pay $343.47 for the estimate. I was not allowed to apply the $343.47 estimate charge to the struts or oil change because according to Mr. Wilder it was not part of the estimate. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told none were available -- all were in training. Incidentally, the multipoint check had not been done: fluids were not topped, tire pressure was not checked. I bought the OEM trunk struts at Advanced Auto Parts for less than $30/pair. The attendant replaced them for free in less than 5 minutes. Two rings need to be snapped off each strut using a flat screw driver, and then the replacement struts snap back on. I also purchased extreme weather premium wipers for $33/pair, which again the attendant snapped on my car for free in less than 3 minutes. However, when he replaced my wipers, he said my old ones were in good condition, and would not have needed changing. Update After writing this review, I was contacted by Ferman's General Manager, Mr. Bob Murray to discuss the situation. I visited the dealership and in the absence of Mr. Murray, spoke with the Assistant Manager, Mr, Karl Alvarez, who listened attentively to my concerns and introduced me to Mr. Brian Pelletier, Service Manager. Mr. Pelletier was very sympathetic, and asked for a chance to make things all right. He assigned my case to Ms. Jamie Annese, Assistant Service Manager and Kyle Silcox of the Gold Team worked on my car. They made all the necessary repairs: abs module, electric switch, drive belt, oil change, and fob activation (the new fob could not be programmed, but the old one seems to have been restored to its old glory) at a reasonable price. Ferman did right by me. Trust is something your can't buy. Thank you for restoring my car and my faith in you.

My Mini Cooper is the first car I’ve purchased entirely on my own and it is worth every penny. Not only is it a beautiful car on the inside and out, it handles the road like no other. These cars may seem small on the outside, but they are very spacious on the inside. I have had multiple people tell me how comfortable it is! I purchased the 4 door hardtop which has plenty of room in the front and back, along with a nice sized trunk. I test drove many other makes of cars because I wanted to make the right decision, and I am so happy with my choice. I do not think I’ll ever buy another car that is not made by Mini. If you are on the market for a new car, stop by Mini of Dutchess County, you won’t regret it!!!!

Although I didn???t buy my car from them they immediately put me in a brand new 2019 cooper as a loaner(FREE)! Just got my car back today and WOW what a change. I had been doing extensive research about which car I wanted, I had no payments for awhile. If I was going to make payments again, it better be something that makes me smile when I walk up to it! Problem was that the last time I bought a vehicle my credit was great, a few bumps since then, so could I even get approved? How bad would the interest rate be? Was I willing to go through with it? During my search I found the car I was looking for, at the right price. I go to the sellers website and find so many crystal clear pictures and explanation of it I thought YES that's the one! So now I do some research on value of the car and find its a really fair deal. So obviously there will be hell to pay on the backside of the deal right? Next I research the reviews of TampaBayAutoNetwork . Well this doesn't seem right, I find lots of five star reviews, customers are so happy they rave about the this place. Do you realize how hard it is to get a full five stars from online reviewers? Nearly impossible!!! So now I've found the car I want, with LOTS of CLEAR pictures, at a fair price, with fantastic reviews, I call them, we talk about my trade and I give the vin number so they can give me an estimate of trade value, very happy with the results, again, very fair. Now I have an appt the next day with them and am waiting to find out where this train is going to come of the rails, we'll see. Next day, I show up and immediately feel welcome, like they appreciate you coming to do business with them. Isn't that how its supposed to feel? It's been so long I forget. Everyone is so friendly and the car is in great shape, now we'll sit down and see where the smoke and mirrors are. Like I said there were a few hurdles on my part, Mike takes care of it all and comes back at me with the deal... I'm shocked, nowhere along this whole process did I think I wasn't being looked out for, the deal is better than I was expecting. Fair price, fair trade, fair interest, and no hidden charges whatsoever. The numbers added up so easily I could do them in my head!!! So people... If you are considering a vehicle, believe the reviews for TampaBayAutoNetwork , they are the real deal and the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks so much guys, I love my Corvette !!!

I left an unfavorable review below because I did not receive good customer service when we purchased the car. The store manager called me personally to apologize and will address with his team. He also sent me the operators manual for the car that we purchased since the salesman that sold me that car told me that the car is purchased as is without it. Purchased my car in 4/2017 was taken care of by Raul Rosado (salesman) and previous manager. A part from the inside of the car was broken and needed replacement. Per those two employees, they were suppose to follow up with me and never did after 3 months of emailing Mr. Rosado and calling without no response I went personally to the dealer and met Edwin Torres who went above and beyond to help me and make sure a had a loaner car and fixed all the issues with the car. The new manager was also accommodating. Staff like that makes a difference. The reason why I bought my car at your dealer was because my son in law bought GT mustang last year and had great customer service. The two sales people that helped me back in April had no customer service and I felt because I am 68 years old that they could avoid my emails and calls, I'm happy they are not a part of your organization.

I have to applaud Nancy in the Service Department for taking away so much stress off my shoulders. She was extremely transparent with her communication with what was the issue with my car. Nancy handled everything with my extended warranty. This experience was actually one of the best I've had at a dealership period. I like the fact she didn't BS around and take advantage, rather she was honest and forthcoming with what I can expect. Great experience :)

I'm looking for a newer Acura TL to upgrade from my 2010 with 100,000 miles, this young man is very polite, very generous/ respectful AND even offered to buy me a Starbucks!?! Then he took me on what he calls a "Discovery Drive" Wow! I've been in sales for a while and I was blown away that young man is only 22 years old! Teresa was super sweet and offered accommodations such as water and coffee while I waited! Anthony did an awesome job showing me all the used cars they had on the lot that were in my liking and answered any and all questions I had.
