Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

Bought a 2024 Tucson SEL. Overall I love it. I’ve noticed in the less than two weeks I’ve owned it a couple of flaws. The automatic RADIO volume adjustment does not appear to work. And more problematic and safety oriented is the driver side sun visor. It is not the expandable (slider) variety. So you have to take your eyes off of traffic and duck your head to push it to the driver side window. NOT GOOD.

A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

I bought my 1st MINI in 2014, had 4 since then, my son totaled two Countrymans in ‘22, the other two he is not allowed to enter. I would recommend it day and night, fun cars to drive, worth every penny, makes you feel great, it is just perfect in every way. Keep building them “MINI”

My purchasing experience was much smoother and more positive thanks to his excellent support.

The countryman is the perfect compromise for those who want a Mini and still want a workable amount of interior space. The gas mileage is insanely good, it's fun to drive, and you will be running laps past everyone at the stoplights because of how zippy it is. Parking is also never an issue, always lots of space, and easy to maneuver. My only two complaints are that maintenance tends to be expensive (when you factor in the gas savings though, I'd say it pays for itself) and the engine is weak. If you load even just a couple hundred pounds of passengers and cargo into it, it can drive for maybe an hour or so before the engine light kicks on and begs for mercy. I've never had this result in an actual issue that caused a breakdown or required us to pull over, and maintenance confirmed that there are no larger issues with my engine in particular. Turns out that it just limits its own engine power whenever it's struggling. But it is a bit annoying, especially on longer trips.

After 23 years of driving minivans and SUVs, I was ready for a change. I love my 2016 Mini Cooper S 4 door. with the 6 speed manual transmission. Car is great to drive, gets okay mileage (25+mpg) and is surprisingly practical.

I was in the market to purchase a reliable used car for my daughter for under $5k. We had been all over town for a couple of weeks. I've not driven it yet, but we investigated everything from the variable valve system to the turbo charger and watched a video of a complete teardown of the engine. We were so impressed that even before finishing the purchase of the one we were already looking for another one. This engine is AMAZING!! Can't WAIT to drive it!! And with a 6 Speed manual? This car is quick and fun to drive on straight or curvy roads. Fun sleeper street racer, I raced a 2017 corvette 6 speed and we were evenly matched shift for shift ending in a tie, eats mustangs and camaros for lunch. I do not recommend this vehicle if you live in a area prone to potholes. Hit pot hole 2 years ago while living in Indiana and $2000 in damage to suspension, tires and wheels. That cost was parts and I installed them. My car has been tuned. But no mods

I found the truck I wanted to purchase online. I called the dealership and they were kind enough to hold the truck for me since I couldn't get there for about five days. Excitement for the money? This car is hard to beat. Turbo charged 181hp with a 6 spd auto transmission means big smile everytime you get in. The styling is definitely MINI but truly unique and you'll be noticed around town.
