So this was our first time buying a used car. We were a little nervous, no doubt. The dealership was very busy that day but everyone couldn???t have been more pleasant. While we were waiting, Miguel printed out the car fax first thing for us to read. I took that as a good sign as they had nothing to hide! I took the car we wanted for a test ride and wasn???t thrilled with the way the brakes felt, but really liked the condition of the car. They took the car into the garage and put new brake pads on. Even though we were there a while, we had pleasant conversation with Miguel, Mike and others that came in. They even offered to share their 4:00 lunch with us! Overall, it was a very good experience and I would consider buying another used car when my lease is up and I would definitely go back to Fast Track Motors

Although I am very unhappy with the amount of money I've had to spend on repairs in less than 1 year after buying my used car, each time I brought the car in for service I was VERY happy and pleased with the friendly and professional service I received. Plus the hassle free loaners were gorgeous and so much fun to drive! Just this last time I dealt with Joseph Frasco and he was great to deal with. My only gripes are how expensive all the parts/service are but thats my fault for not doing more research before I bought the Mini. I can't hold that against anyone I dealt with including my sales asssociate Ruby. I've actually spent $2000 in less than one year from purchase on repairs and regular maintenance. 75% was on repairs sadly. Unfortunately, none of it was covered by the extended warranty I purchased or was conveniently $3 less than my deductible. $497 instead of $500? Really? lol. Great Staff though all around from Parts to Sales.

Stopped in for a regularly scheduled maintenance on my 2014 MINI Countryman. Service center staff were attentive to my needs. Joe's attention to the specific needs of my MINI put my mind at ease. Before I even had a chance to step away from the service desk, My sales guy who I worked with over 4 years ago to buy this car popped over to say "hi". Terry & I had a great chat (always a pleasure). I am looking to replace a BMW X3 with manual transmission. Not many cars fit the small SUV niche with manual transmission. But the Countryman S does! Though, I think I'll buy the 2017 rather than the 2016, just to get a wee bit more space.

I'm not one to go on and on in a review of a purchase but in this instance it is warranted. I usually place the buying experience of purchasing a car somewhere between a root canal and an IRS audit. Working with the VML family has totally changed my opinion of what a car dealership can and should be. VML is a family run business and short of being invited for dinner they could not have been easier and friendlier to work with. Very respectful to what we were looking for and our budget. No trying to up sell us and even showed us comparable cars at lower prices. No gimmicks, no waiting in a little office while a slick salesman goes off to supposedly negotiates a better deal with his sales manager. No dealing with a credit manager telling you why you cant get the car at the advertised price, just very straight forward, these are our cars, what are you looking for, look around at your leisure, let us know if you have any questions. Take a drive in something you like and take the car to your own mechanic for an evaluation if you want. So simple and streamlined. It took the experience from a root canal to sitting on a tropical beach- No stress , highly recommended, I'd send my 90 year old mother here alone and know she would be well taken car of.

Amado is highly recommended and he???s a no pressure sales rep. Walked in after a few hours of researching a 2011 BMW 535xi. AWD with only 59k miles. Car was exactly as listed on the website and Not a scratch on the car and the rims are like brand new (may have been refinished which doesn???t matter to me). Brand new set of Continental tires and new brakes all around. Looks like it rolled right off the factory floor. Had my insurance info all lined up, just had to email the cards to Amado and he did the rest. This dealership is highly recommended. Ralph is a gentleman and gave me a fair trade in price considering it was a 2007 Audi A6. Lou in Finance was also a gentleman and gave me a great deal on the extended warranty protection plan. Their cars are all top notch high quality used cars A very easy no stress transaction

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I have bought many vehicles over the past years. It has gotten to the point that I dread going out and even looking at used cars because most the time the dealer does a song and a dance, or they always misrepresent the vehicle. But that was not my experience at Platinum Auto Group. I have been looking for a specific S class Mercedes for some time now. I happened to cut through town to avoid traffic one day when I stumbled upon a S class on Platinum's lot. I quickly just wanted to see if the car had the options that were crucial to me. While on the lot I was greeted by sales rep Chris. Chris welcomed me to their dealer and informed me that they are currently doing a soft opening and that not all their cars are there at the moment. Unfortunately the S class they had on the lot at the time did not have the options needed, but Chris asked me to take 2 mins to come inside and fill out a vehicle request form. I usually don't bother with these, but I figured why not so I gave it a try. Inside I was greeted by the owner Allen who personally took the time to help me fill out the form. He assured me that he will find what I am looking for and to leave it to him, this was March 8th. March 13th comes along and I get a call from Chris that they believe they found my car. However I was in Florida at the time and could not see the car. I told them I would be returning the 20th and would come see it then. Chris said no problem and that they would await my arrival for that day. I saw the vehicle on the 20th and was impressed with it, it was exactly what I was looking for and then some. I left a deposit with Chris and told him that I had to wait for my wife's approval of the color and that she is unfortunately working late hours and won't be able to see the car till Wednesday. On Tuesday around 11 am I spoke to Chris about having the vehicle inspected by a Mercedes Dealership. There was one in Englewood that I have used for service before and wanted to have a complete once over on the vehicle. Chris said he would call me back around noon with an answer. Well noon came and I got a call from Chris, I was expecting them to state that they have no problem with a mechanic looking over the vehicle, but that I would have to arrange a transport to the dealership and cover all costs. Instead Chris tells me that he has dropped off the car at Benzel- Busch, and the car should be done around 2 o'clock. Sure enough I called my service manager and the car was there getting a thorough once over. The car came back with zero errors, all maintenance done on time, and all TSBs performed. No paint damage, or repainting on the car. I spoke to Chris again after he had picked it up and made an appointment for the following day at noon. We got to the dealership around 11:30am where we were greeted by the front desk and given coffee or tea while we waited for Chris. The car was pulled out front all detailed and my wife was in love. I told Chris it is a done deal and that we would like to finance. Chris introduced us to Pat their Finance Manager. Over the years I have been tricked into buying extra protection or had finance managers change the rates on two contracts and try to pull a fast one. I was little apprehensive at first, but Pat really did take care of us. We filled out a brief application for credit, had a approval in 5 mins, and were done with all our Tags, Fees, Registration, Insurance,Temp Plates, and Loan in under 35 mins. Their paperwork is straight forward, Pat never once rushed us when we asked to overlook everything we were signing. By 12:30 pm our temp plate was on the car, our insurance was in the glove box and we were done. Allen greeted me at the car and asked how he did. I told him that he and his team provided me with service from a new car dealership, and that he lived up to everything he promised. Platinum truly is an example of what a used car buying experience should be. If they don't have exactly what you want, just ask.

I'm surprised by the review that said there was no follow through. We too were an out of state buyer. The internet based salesperson emailed me regularly, responded quickly, set up a visit and confirmed the visit over the course of the week. She lined us up with a gracious salesperson and he and the sales manager worked hard to make sure they met our numbers.

Purchased a 2008 MINI Cooper today (9/3/16). Worked with Ryan -- he was very friendly and accommodating. Took a nice, long test drive, and fell in love with the car. Negotiated a very fair price. They were able to match the financing I already had set up prior to going in so I was able to leave with the vehicle. I got my Mini Countryman new in 2015 and I just loved it and I still do, fast forward to now 2018 I have a 1yr old baby and every time I get him out of the car seat he is drench in sweat even though I am freezing with a full AC blowing, I always wonder why is he sweating when I am freezing... Well, the reason why is because there are no vents in the back seat of the countryman and air can't get to him, and I just thought he was a hot sweaty baby. No wonder he hates it when I try to but him on the car seat, he also hates it when the windows are down just a little while driving. Since discovering this BAD engineering in the countryman I have place a fan so, my baby is always comfortable and I am currently looking into trading it in my country man for a car that has vents in the back seats . :-(

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

This is the second Mini I’ve owned I put over 100,000 on the first one had it for nine years now my new car I love just the same. The new technology is great , I just wish they offered mor options that could be added at the dealer like backup camera and navigation systems.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Truely an amazaing experience! Not only did we buy 1 SUV (2014 Infiniti QX60) but we ended buying 2 SUV that Same day! (2016 Ford Explorer Sport). We spoke with Chris by Phone on Wednesday (very Proffessional) and went on Saturday to take a look and see what was the deal and find out if what Chris, had said over the phone was true and not just lies to reel us in! Never at any time while we where there did they rushed us or bombed us with question, but let us take or time, and anything that we needed to know Chris, would have the answer too and if not he would find out from his manager Lorenzo. While we looked around Chris and Lorenzo, went ahead and sent out for coffee and snacks for my son, mom, and myself from Dunken Donuts (Things that real show how much they care for there customer). Makes you feel like Family. But what made everything an amazing experience, is how they listen to my needs, paid real top dollars for my trade in and since Chris, knew that one of the SUV???s would be a surprise for my wife which is pregnant, both Chris and Lorenzo offered to Deliver the car to my house the same day (which Lorenzo did by the way)! Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

My concern in buying this car was how smooth the ride would be as our Countryman was not a smooth ride and you feel every bump. Not a problem with this Clubman. The ride is smooth and comfortable. The only things missing I would like would have been a remote start for the winter and memory seats for when my spouse drives my car.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. This is my first mini and I absolutely love it! It definitely hasn’t get up and go for a 3.5, sounds amazing (a fab little rumble), plenty of room for a the tall couple that we are, and takes corners like a champ. The dealership was so nice and went over all the bells and whistles before we ever left the lot. When the roof is down, there’s definitely a blind spot, as the rear view mirror is very small. Overall this car is a great fun ride!

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. Fun, performance and quality

I’ve got about 4K miles in 6 weeks. What I love; driver ergonomics, very bright LED headlights and fog lights, nimble steering, tight turning radius, refined and responsive motor (S model), sound of smooth transmission shifts, economy ( especially in green mode with cruise-controlled highway driving), quality of paint and interior controls, ambient lighting flexibility, everything does what it is supposed to and a very rewarding driving experience. Fun, performance and quality! What’s not so hot; backup camera functionality is limited by the absence of a vehicle footprint and travel path, the rear center blind spot when the top is down, the upgraded HK sound system doesn’t sound all that upgraded, and while features like blind spot monitoring aren’t offered, some features available (openometer and intelligent safety system) provide minimal value. Overall, I love my MINI and so far am very impressed with the vehicle quality and my dealer experience.
