2018 MINI E Countryman review
So far things have been great. My first hybrid, runs well, acts well, and does a great job maintaining the balance between electric and gas. I just wish that in 2021 more safety features were standard. While I got a used car, and so everything was predetermined, it is amazing that each little thing that can be in a car is a separate package. I just wish it wasn't this way for the brand. I'm a big MINI fan, it's my 2nd one (prior being a Roadster). This thing behaves exactly like the smaller counterparts. It's zoomy AND roomy!

The staff is amazing. Chris and Ashley were very helpful. I was able to find a car newer than the one I had and found one with decent mileage. I was grateful that even the manager helped because I only had a certain amount to put down to start the loan for my car. I think the sales representatives provided the best customer service; they went above and beyond. Also, they said I could stop by if I ever need an oil change or other things is a plus for me as well! I purchased a 2013 Volkswagen EOS Executive from Autowise. Our sales person was Traci. She was the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. She couldn't do enough for us. My car is wonderful. Like new inside and out. The mileage was low along with the price. We received a phone call from Tracy to please if we could return the car for an oil change and filter replacement even though when we checked the oil it was perfect. They hadn't gotten to changing it which was their policy of doing things for their cars. Most dealers wouldn't bother once the car was off the lot. Today we got a phone call from Tracy saying that they found another key, which we only had one, for us. If we wanted one the VW dealer would have charged us $400 to replace it. I can't say enough to praise Tracy and Autowise. I will surely recommend them to others.
2016 MINI Countryman review
This is our third MINI. We have a 2008 Cooper and a 2013 Countryman. It's become an addiction. Usually, by the time we pay off a vehicle we want to replace it. Not with MINI. We love ours and the 2016 Countryman is no exception. It's larger than the 2013, but it's still familiar. I'm the shortest at 5'9". Hubby is just under 6' and our son is 6'2". We all feel like the MINI's were designed for tall people. We refer to them as TARDISes because they are bigger on the inside. Smooth ride. Comfortable handling. Safe. Extremely reliable. Stylish. Would highly recommend.
