This is our third MINI. We have a 2008 Cooper and a 2013 Countryman. It's become an addiction. Usually, by the time we pay off a vehicle we want to replace it. Not with MINI. We love ours and the 2016 Countryman is no exception. It's larger than the 2013, but it's still familiar. I'm the shortest at 5'9". Hubby is just under 6' and our son is 6'2". We all feel like the MINI's were designed for tall people. We refer to them as TARDISes because they are bigger on the inside. Smooth ride. Comfortable handling. Safe. Extremely reliable. Stylish. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I’s experience with Mike was great! From initial correspondence till driving off the lot, Mike was patient, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Every time I called, Mike picked up. Every email I sent, Mike answered. He made sure we always had his complete attention. He kept us informed of the process. He didn’t push anything on us. What a great car! Both a a go-kart around town or a long distance cruiser. In town, I get the predicted mileage, but on the highway, when I ease off the gas, almost 45 mpg. The interior is very comfortable even for me (I'm 6'5"). It's handled great in the snow and even where the pavement ends. The only limitation is that it can either talke 4 people with little/no baggage or 2/3 people with lots of bags, but not both. Nonetheless, a winner in my books!

Researched to find a car that was fun to drive and good on gas. Decided on a 2017 MINI which I purchased through Carvana online. My used car arrived with just over 27,000 miles and a few months remaining on the original warranty. The MINI is fun to drive, looks good, handles well, and I enjoy driving it on my 80-mile round trip commute daily. Good on gas, it's nice to be able to switch between a Sport and Eco mode (not sure if this is more of a gimmic or not but while driving in Eco mode I seem to "Save" about 8 miles/day. I'm happy with my purchase and would purchase again.

Even though originally provided vehicle had defect, they replaced the vehicle for the same price after lot of negotiation. But I still I recommend, as General Manager was very sensitive towards customer concerns and professional.

This car has everything I was looking for in a car. The not so mini MINI is beautiful inside and out. The back doors are unique and the cherry on top to an already awesome car.
