Absolutely nothing to complain about!
Car drives just great! Quick off the start, great passing oompth on the freeway. I just put the transmission into the sport mode and hang on! Fun to drive, great gas mileage, excellent warranty. And, the best dealership (Mini of Montgomery County ) I have ever dealt with.

Could Kick Myself!
Bought a new 2011 Countryman S, Rare Surf Blue w/black wheels. Great fun. Fast, Comfortable, Reliable. Moved out of CA in 2015 and sold the Mini because I thought the roads in the new southern state wouldn't be the best ride. Big Mistake! Could kick myself for selling it!

Kristina Melendy was our finance consultant. She was unbelievable. She listened to what our needs were. She asked a lot of questions and was extremely knowledgeable. The dealership was very busy. However, I never felt rushed. Both of your employees took the time to help us in any way they can. Many dealerships can learn a lesson from both of these outstanding human beings. Kristina talked about how much she loves working at BMW and how honored she feels to work in such a positive environment. Gregor talked about all the training and support he gets from an unbelievable company. I have worked at Gap Inc and was the director of stores for 11 years. I understand customer service at its core. Researching the BMW 3cyl variable valve turbo:
I've not driven it yet, but we investigated everything from the variable valve system to the turbo charger and watched a video of a complete teardown of the engine. We were so impressed that even before finishing the purchase of the one we were already looking for another one. This engine is AMAZING!! Can't WAIT to drive it!! And with a 6 Speed manual? COME ON YOU LITTLE BEAUTY!!!
