From start to finish, wonderful experience. I was fortunate enough to have been referred to Steve, one of the owners who took time to insure all questions were answered and that I was purchasing the best car for me. What more can I say? Dealership is innovative and uses current technology to service potential clients. This allowed me to ask quick questions and get quicker responses! Dealership has an effective internet person as well as friendly and knowledgeable sales people - Jason was great! The financing and close process was so quick and utilized innovative technology - in addition I received all my paperwork on a usb memory stick(no piles of paper to drag home) I highly recommend Tampa Mitsubishi!
I recently had my 2018 Outlander in for its 1st service. I waited for the service to be done. It was a easy, comfortable and timely experience. Service took exactly what the service manager estimated it would. The waiting area was comfortable with Wifi. A good experience.
