Jarred was the person I worked with the longest. He was very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. He worked hard to try to get me the best deal that stayed within my budget. He and JP stayed almost an hour past closing, because of an issue with my insurance, to get the deal through. Jarred personally. delivered the car to my home the next day and has followed up a couple of times since then to make sure everything was working okay and to see how I liked the car. He seemed very genuine and sincere unlike other sales people I've dealt with in the past. JP and Chelsy were also very professional, courteous and helpful. However, I spent very little time with them Jarred and JP gave me lots of advice related to the vehicle as well as financial advice for the future. All in all, I am very satisfied with the great service I experienced. The car drives like a dream too. I will definitely refer family and friends if I learn they are in the market for a new vehicle.

Chase went above and beyond he asked all the right questions and explained any and everything we didn't understand or had questions on. I'm in awe of this young mans excellence and drive to be the best at what he does. I considered driving 8 hours for the car we wanted and because of the very helpful staff at Simmons Nissan (namely Mike Shaw). Mike took photographs of the vehicle that I asked for and some I didn't even request just to help us view the car better than the online pictures.
Julián was great. We didn???t have to haggle any prices. You pay exactly what they say your going to pay. He was very honest with us about the cars history. We were very happy with the customer service and the price

This is a fantastic dealership with fantastic people working there. Fear not about walking on to a car lot anymore, at least at this place! Our salesman was Earl Huang and he was not your “typical” car salesman. Earl was kind, considerate, patient, and more than fair in dealing with us.
Our experience with Earl started online where we asked about prices on a car that was on their lot. Earl was very honest about the price, if that number included tax, and if they were able to down from that number.
We drove from one side of town to the other to come to this dealership, but I am here to tell you that is was more than worth the drive! There were other lots that were closer and we had talked to some sales people at them, but we did not get the service nor the deal. It really was worth the drive!
Ask for Earl when you need to get your next car, he will absolutely treat you fairly!
Ask for Dane. If you tell him Chris sent you, he will laugh - because truth be told I am not a typical customer and I ran him through the ringer buying my GT plugin hybrid Outlander. Although born here, Dane spent a lot of time on the East Coast and thus comes across as an East Coast "car salesman" EXCEPT for some critical differences:
1) He not only knows what he's talking about when describing these amazing hybrid 4x4s but knows when there is something he does not know....and is thus open to learning more from customers. He also fully admits the cars shortcomings. It is easy to underestimate how critical this is in a salesperson when one is considering such a huge purchase.
2) Honesty and trust lead to successful deals. They also lead to successful after-sales relationships. No matter the issue, Dane - and by extension Younkers - was there months after the sale was completed. Every time I return - even for merely getting the license plates attached or asking weird questions - Dane answered back immediately, politely and enthusiastically. "Car salesperson" is not an easy job. They don't make much $ and are some of the most maligned workers in this country. They work long hours and put up with customers suspicious of them before even meeting them. Dane handled that role very well. He's a "real" person who I found easy to trust and the kind of guy you could call a friend after the deal. The overall experience at Younkers was very laid back, easy and commendable.
The staff at the service center were very knowledgeable and the service was performed at the scheduled time and completed in the time scheduled including vacuuming the interior.
