Contacted salesman Mark Pain about a used car I saw for my daughter. He was fantastic to work with, provided a very easy purchasing experience, and even worked with the service department so I could examine under the car. The car was nice and a fair deal.
I went with my husband to purchase a new car recently. He got approved for a brand new 2018 Hyundai elantra. what was even cooler is the fact that once we got approved, our sales man atilla said "choose any color you want!" It has so many features which makes it more cozy and easier to set up! Thank you atilla and Mitsubishi for doing a great job of making sure my husband left with a brand new car!!
I purchased a used 2010 Mitsubishi Endeavor. The sales person was great and the buying process easy. I started out loving this dealer. When I went to leave the dealer another customer let me know my rear light was out. We notified the sales person who told us to bring it back another day to be fixed. As it was getting dark I talked to the manager saying I was not getting a ticked for lack of a tail light, they then fixed it. The following day I noticed a grinding in my breaks. I called the dealer and took it into be looked at. The service manager is the most rude person I have ever dealt with! They told me nothing was wrong with my breaks and the grinding was "normal". After another month of grinding I took it to a mechanic and had to pay over $300 to have the breaks and rotors done. I guess their 123 point inspection does not include breaks and lights.
I love this place! Everyone here genuinely cares about you and does everything they can top get you a car. I have limited credit and didn't think it could be done but after HOURS of Justin (the AMAZING manager/magician) running back and forth on the phone he found me a finance company that was willing to work with me! Not only was our sales rep Mike so helpful- I was never pressured and they both were so great to work with. I thought from the start that I was a lost cause but these guys NEVER gave up on me like other companies (shortline mazda). I'm so grateful for these two outstanding people and the effort they put in to finding me a new car!
And to top it all off after being there for 5 hours, they had pizza delivered!
I would like to personally thank Chris C. from Shortline Mitsubishi. When he didn't need to, he gave us exceptional service when we needed it the most. He gave a thorough end to end review of my new vehicle I purchased, and made sure that he fought for the lowest rate on our loan also.
Chris knows his profession very well, and it shows in the way he makes the sale. I was not pushed into the sale, but he helped me understand that I was making the right decision all along.
I was just wanting to look at the Outlander, ignored the sales pitching even though our Salesman was great. The car sold itself. We set the terms, they threw in accessories they really didn't have to, and am extremely happy with the service. Third car purchased at the Shortline chain of dealerships. Each purchase gets easier.
I've purchased plenty of cars in my lifetime and I must say that this was honestly my best purchase experience ever. A huge reason for that was Domic Losasso who is honest, detail oriented, diligent and extremely customer focused. He's a terrific sales professional and I'd seek him out if you are looking to buy a car. But, same thing can be said for everyone else that I worked with here. From the owners son on down ... this is a first class dealership.
My wife and I both liked the Outlander PHEV so much we both wanted one. We sent them and offer with prices for our existing car and what we would pay the PHEV. They called back a few days later excepting the offer and had all the paper work ready to go when we showed up. The transaction was smooth and deal was exactly what we had requested (first time as dealers typically try to pull a fast one lowering the car price with the trade in).
If they did a little renovation, it would be a fantastic dealership. It's beyond dated though. That's is the only down side.
