I just want to say that academy Honda was a very straight forward dealership when it came to pricing and their service was great . I came in originally to purchase a used Honda Accord and ended up leaving with a new accord and couldn???t be happier ! Bryan was very easy to work with and went over all the features of the new car with me .
The team took the time to go through all of the vehicle options with my husband and I when we went in to find a new family vehicle for our growing family. They answered all of our questions and broke everything down for us.
I spoke with Dakota after calling to get a car. He was immediately friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make my visit as stress free as possible! I do not feel like they took advantage of me and the sale price was fair for the new vehicle I purchased. The lady at the reception desk was very nice and she kept my 3 year old busy so I could focus on my paperwork. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to call Dakota!

The general manager Tim and salesman Barry took me under their wing, treated me as they would their own family and found me the greatest deal!! This is my 2nd vehicle from RC Hill Mitsubishi and I couldn't be happier. I came in to service my 2012 Outlander Sport, which I had been thinking of trading in, but was planning to wait a little longer. Chad knew exactly what to say to spark my interest. He must be a mind reader, because his choice of car for me was absolutely perfect! The entire staff at this dealership is amazing. Kudos to RC Hill & my new buddy Chad.

From the moment Adam met us in the lot, the experience was a learning one. He is so knowledgable about the product I was interested in and he listened to what I wanted. He brought two cars up for comparison, knew the difference about each one, and there was no "dazzle-dazzle"! Extremely honest and forthright with his answers.
Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.
Customer service was amazing and the process was fast. I just picked out the truck i wanted online and went to sign papers amd drove off. Its that easy, i recommend Carmax to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
Ask for Dane. If you tell him Chris sent you, he will laugh - because truth be told I am not a typical customer and I ran him through the ringer buying my GT plugin hybrid Outlander. Although born here, Dane spent a lot of time on the East Coast and thus comes across as an East Coast "car salesman" EXCEPT for some critical differences:
1) He not only knows what he's talking about when describing these amazing hybrid 4x4s but knows when there is something he does not know....and is thus open to learning more from customers. He also fully admits the cars shortcomings. It is easy to underestimate how critical this is in a salesperson when one is considering such a huge purchase.
2) Honesty and trust lead to successful deals. They also lead to successful after-sales relationships. No matter the issue, Dane - and by extension Younkers - was there months after the sale was completed. Every time I return - even for merely getting the license plates attached or asking weird questions - Dane answered back immediately, politely and enthusiastically. "Car salesperson" is not an easy job. They don't make much $ and are some of the most maligned workers in this country. They work long hours and put up with customers suspicious of them before even meeting them. Dane handled that role very well. He's a "real" person who I found easy to trust and the kind of guy you could call a friend after the deal. The overall experience at Younkers was very laid back, easy and commendable.
I've leased two cars from here, and the sales and service staff have always been friendly, helpful and efficient. Service appointment time is never very long... And there's a great coffee machine!
