Answer is, it depends. We got there at about 3:30pm and left maybe about 8pm. But we got a fair deal. We have tried to go to other dealers, and yeah they make fun of this on the radio but its true. Others dealer tried to sell us a vehicle and forcing us to put 3000 dollars as a down payment. Elder asked us how much we wanted to put down asked how much we could afford a month and they would work with what we had. Very friendly people, and my dad got his new car which is very happy about.
Gerard helped make what has previously be torturous experiences a pleasant one. I dreaded purchasing a car expecting the same old same old. I was pleasantly surprised. There was no high pressure sales tactics. I bought a great car and hopefully a salesperson I can rely on for each car purchase from here on out.
This is the second car my family bought from this dealership just this year alone and for good reason. They treat you like family rather than a dollar sign. They worked very hard to find something perfect for our family and made it a very easy and enjoyable process. I can't thank Avery, Lucas, Johnny, and Chris enough for everything they did for us. We chose Kempton for a few reasons. 1. They had the used vehicle we were wanting and 2. We know a number of their employees and they are good people. By the time we were done, we got the vehicle we wanted for a great price, the entire purchasing process was made easy, and they treated us like we were important clients and to be honest, we weren’t buying the most expensive car on the lot. It was overall a great experience! That won’t be the last vehicle we buy from Kempton!
No pressure from the sales staff. I went in with a specific price range and payment maximum. They found the right vehicle for me within the price range I needed. The staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. Thank you for making this a great experience!
I had a flat in my Dodge Ram 1500 on the way to Missouri from NH. On a Saturday I tried a couple of places to either get it repaired or replaced, they were either closed, there would be a 3 hour wait(WalMart), or they didn???t have the tire in stock, (WalMart again). I decided to check local dealerships and found Woodys, so glad I did. Derby I and his staff were wonderful, forgoing above and beyond. Deryck even went to another location to make sure my new tire had white letttering. I am a Police Chief with 37 employees, and customer service is one of my greatest demands. I have a saying, ???hire for attitude, train for success???. I certainly saw that with Deryck and his crew. Thanks Deryck!!!
James Rule was amazing it was like he knew what I needed before I did. I am not an easy person to please but this guy made the buying process so easy and relaxing it was more like setting down with somebody I have know my whole life. If I didn't leave with a brand new car I wouldn't of even known I was car shopping.

Arrived early and was able to get right in rather than waiting. Actually had the service finished about the time it originally was supposed to start. Chad answered my extra questions and made sure we were good to go on everything.
Went there to purchase one of their used vehicles I found on Cars.com but unfortunately wasn't able to get the vehicle but the staff is nice and they have a pretty big selection of vehicles to choose from. Good place.
Ask for Dane. If you tell him Chris sent you, he will laugh - because truth be told I am not a typical customer and I ran him through the ringer buying my GT plugin hybrid Outlander. Although born here, Dane spent a lot of time on the East Coast and thus comes across as an East Coast "car salesman" EXCEPT for some critical differences:
1) He not only knows what he's talking about when describing these amazing hybrid 4x4s but knows when there is something he does not know....and is thus open to learning more from customers. He also fully admits the cars shortcomings. It is easy to underestimate how critical this is in a salesperson when one is considering such a huge purchase.
2) Honesty and trust lead to successful deals. They also lead to successful after-sales relationships. No matter the issue, Dane - and by extension Younkers - was there months after the sale was completed. Every time I return - even for merely getting the license plates attached or asking weird questions - Dane answered back immediately, politely and enthusiastically. "Car salesperson" is not an easy job. They don't make much $ and are some of the most maligned workers in this country. They work long hours and put up with customers suspicious of them before even meeting them. Dane handled that role very well. He's a "real" person who I found easy to trust and the kind of guy you could call a friend after the deal. The overall experience at Younkers was very laid back, easy and commendable.
The best experience anyone can ask for when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. My salesperson Marius was amazing when it came to showing me all the features of my new 2014 Volkswagen Passat and went well beyond my expectations when it came to customer service. When it came to financing Max was amazing getting me approved even though my credit was rough. I would recommend Carvision to everyone
Marius did a great job when it comes to our Mazda3 with the Touring package. I would recommend him and Carvision to everyone I know!!!
