I went to Michaud because I didn't want to spend my hard earned money at one of the mega dealerships. So I headed in on a Sunday expecting the worst. I was in the wrecker industry for years and just dealing with many dealers...... Well... We all know how that usually goes. Louis F greeted me as I walked in. We sat down and spent a few minutes getting to know each other. Before I was shown cars, we discussed what I was looking for and to spend, as this was going to be my first car purchased from a dealer on finance. He made me feel at ease, as he wasn't pushy, demanding, or demeaning as I am Just a simple working man. He came back with 3 prices for 3 vehicles. 2 used , one new. That surprised me as I didn't know what I could get into with a new job change, average credit , and being a first time buyer. Well the new one was slightly more then I wanted to pay.... The 2nd one was a certified pre owned with 33k miles. The 3rd one was used with 66k. Well.. He showed me all 3. I took the 2nd car and looked it over while he went and got me a plate to test drive. Test drive went well... So well I stopped at bank and grabbed bank certified check for deposit, and called my insurance company to inquire about how much more this car would be to insure... Get this.. $10 more a month than I was paying on my 04 Ford Crown Vic lol. Same full coverage, 10 year newer car. So...... I returned to dealership. We agreed to a price. We also agreed to 4 new tires as yes the tire would pass inspection, however I wanted new tires on my first dealership purchase. He went and inquired, and the dealership agreed to 4 new tires. We did the paperwork and get this.... My payment went down $35 a month from their quote . Something about finance companies...... Whatever they got me a better rate and terms from what they originally estimated. Loved it! Louis handled all the paperwork. Did I mention how professional he is? He handled everything for me as I work 6 days a week 12 hrs a day. They took care of registration for me. Called me when it arrived. Complimentary inspection sticker paid by them. I went in Saturday to get the tires put on as agreed. They put 4 brand new Dunlop Enasave tires on the car. They're the oem tires and are NOT cheap ( retail for 105 NOT including mount and balance ) I met the owner Kevin Michaud while I was there. He took time out of his day to introduce himself and spent 15 minutes with me answering my questions and asking a few himself. He even have me his card and expressed that if I had any issues or concerns to call him if need be. That made me feel for sure I made the right decision. The parts department rocks too! I ordered a few accessories for my new car Saturday. I couldn't get by before parts closes. They left my order with the cashier to pick up tonight. That is awesome for someone with my schedule. I swung in and picked them up. Yup. That's what we call good old fashioned service. In the 21 st century, they have that old school take care of the customer approach. The kind this old school buy from locals guy likes. The kind the new school millenials need to go experience. Oh, I purchased a certified pre owned 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage Es. Love it. Getting 40 mpg combined pre am rush hr commute and pm rush hour commute. I wasn't pushed to buy the new car. They gave me options and allowed me to make the choice. That right there is what it's all about. When they say they are your feel good delaership, THEY MEAN IT! Go by and see for yourself. My name is Mark Milliken, a real customer now for life. Surprisingly more spacious inside than it looks with good trunk space. Not a powerful car with the 3cyl engine but makes up for it with excellent gas mileage!

I have leased 2 and purchased 1 car from this dealership. It is by far one of the easiest dealerships with which to deal. The experience is without games and pressure. As with any dealership there will be negotiations and they have always been reasonable in these. I've had many painful experiences with dealerships in my 38 years of driving (I'm 54 for those bad at math) but none as pain free as Michaud. The owner is always visible, available, friendly and professional. The salesman who helped during my recent (1/29/2016) purchase was Jim Murphy and he was great - helpful, knowledgeable, professional, courteous. I highly recommend this dealership.

Best bang for the buck!

First of all I am 6"3 and there is a TON of leg and head room. Surprisingly peppy engine zips around town due to car being light. Awesome stereo with nice full size touchscreen and backup camera. Averaging 38.6 MPG with 60% city driving. Almost as good as a hybrid at thousands less. Has a clean and classy look for a sub-compact. I love that 3 cylinder 1.2L engine. If only my fellow Americans understood the benefits and how this car is considering a FAMILY SEDAN in most of the world!

I have always wanted a car that is good on gas. I drove an SUV before that consumes gas like a baby chugging on milk. This car is more than what I've asked for. I am not even bothered by its size. I thank Carvision Mitsubishi and John for helping me to get my Mirage!!

What can I say? Lou does it again. As does Jared in finance. This time it's a brand new Sunrise Orange 17 Mirage ES 5MT with LED , bumper, and exhaust finishers/ garnish. Got a really fair price on it. Fiance needed a new car for her new job. I had recently purchase a 15 Mirage ES. We decided we loved the mirage so much...... That I could look into buying a resonably priced 17 Mirage with a 5mt for me. ( I'm a truck driver, love manual ) Long story short. I got my Beautiful orange ES 5Mt for a very reasonable price. Lou did an excellent job getting me into the new car. He handled everything from making sure the car was registered to making sure the car was all set to pick up as agreed upon. He also thanked my fiance when we arrived to pick up the new car. Jared In finance was awesome just like the 1 st time. He got me a lower interest rate on the new car. He also took the time to explain all the numbers and such. Plus I enjoy his conversation. Also. Kevin Michaud. He spent some time with me the other day when I came in to pick up an accessory I ordered. We had an in depth discussion about my 2 recent purchases and about the Mirage and Mitsubishi brand in whole. If you go there and get an opportunity, talk to him. He's a very friendly approchable owner who cares about his customers. He really does. It's great to have a small family owned dealership who values it's customers. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

I really like that it saves you alot of money on gas. Juat don't like the sound of the engine and that it doesn't have much power when taking off. But its a temporary car to helo me save money.

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.
