User - Friendly experience overall. Staff Was good to work with and despite being very busy we were able to get the deal done relatively quickly. My experience was very good. Gavin was a good salesperson. However, I would NEVER EVER recommend a salesperson to tell ANY customer to put down $14,000 which was incredibly obscene for a down payment on a 3 year lease. You should NEVER be that hungry for a commission. My favorite salesperson that I knew for 35 years at West Herr East Aurora would never recommend that to me. That is the trust you build with your salesperson-customer relationship. If I had to do this all over again--I definitely would NOT. It was too late to back out of this deal. Basil is known for great deals, and this was definitely NOT a great deal no matter how you spin it. I was under much pressure myself to get a new car due to previous lease expiring, tariffs coming into the mix soon and my mom having cancer with only a few months to live. But, this scenario will never happen again, I will make sure of that.

Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi is the only dealership that I deal with. I've referred many people to them and will continue to. They have made the car buying process a no hassle experience. I like the Mitsubishi products and in particular Shorkey Mitsubishi. There are other Mitsubishi dealerships in the Pittsburgh area, however for my wife and I, Jim Shorkey Mitsubishi is the ONLY one!
