From a Truck to a Van

I arrived at Gainesville Mitsubishi after previously looking at their vehicles online and submitting a price enquiry. I was contacted back by a sales associate named Edward. Edward did leave a few voicemails and e-mails trying to get me to come in and look. With my busy schedule only a Saturday would work. Edward greeted us upon our arrival and we decided that a Mitsubishi Outlander was not going to work for us as we are a family of six. There was not enough leg room in the third row. We then met Randy who told us about a Toyota Sienna Van he recently got in on a trade. Now we never expected nor wanted to drive a van let alone trade my Ford F-150 in on one. This truck was my baby and we are Ford lovers. After driving the Toyota and realizing the room it had to offer our family and that vans had come a long way we decided to make a deal. The staff here worked together and managed to pay off my current loan and get our family into a newer, less miles and even a lower payment on the van. Now I am back to a extended bumper to bumper warranty with room for my family. I also can't forget to mention that Edward also did an amazing job entertaining our children while we did all the necessary paperwork with Ronnie, Randy and Larry. It was a wonderful experience and we look forward to recommending more people to your sales team as well as working with you in the future.
