It was a good experience the lot is nice the vechiles are nice and clean the dealer we dealt with was very nice and so helpful and we did get the truck we wanted rated from 1-10 the 10 being the best ours was a 10+++++++l would recomend them to everyone they will help and they will do you right
I will highly recommend this place ! I went to buy a used Chrysler Sebring and Chris and his staff helped me as much as they can especially with helping with the minor downsides of the vehicle. I was extremely excited and impatient for the car and Chris met the needs and had the patience and helped and give me referral to other resources I may need
Very pleasant staff treated me well as a potential customer. I test drove the car I spotted online and a very good time-limited deal was offered, but I had to decline actual purchase right then as I am still early in my "search" mode. Their car is still on my list of potentials as I continue my search. Fine folks, lots of cars, and negotiating a "deal" was upfront, no pressure, and friendly.

My car blew a rod approximately a week ago, so I needed a new car ASAP. I spent 5-6 hours perusing various car lots to no avail. I was exhausted, to say the least. Finally decided to drive to Deep Park because of their tremendous selection of cars. Met Marcus and I could tell right away that he wasn't interested in selling me something that I just "kindof" liked-to make a deal and a quick buck. He was very patient, letting me test drive a couple of cars, even one car numerous times. I decided on a Mazda, purchased it and drove home. When I got home, I quickly realized that I made the wrong decision, and I wanted another car I was looking at on the lot- a Volkswagen Eos. Marcus and his team allowed me to return the Mazda and trade it for the Volkswagen- no problem!!! If you are looking for a dealership that's only goal is to make the customer truly happy, you found it!

Shopped all day for a vehicle they all gave me the same story. came to Auto Resources and they got me in the vehicle I want with a payment I was comfortable with. Don't settle for the vehicle you don't want, visit Auto Resources before you make the choice that you will regret.
Was looking for a used truck, didn’t find what I am looking for, however Steven (salesman) did a great job trying to help me look and consider other options. He listened to me and has promised to keep his eye out. Hope to be buying the truck I want in the near future.

Marcos, did an exceptional job taking care of me. When I dropped my car off, he explained everything the service consisted of and when I came back to pick it up, he explained everything that was done to the car (there was a recall that was done also (he called me to inform me of the work prior to doing it)), just to make sure I was happy and understood everything. I live in Evans, Ga and I take the extra trip to Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet in Augusta, Ga, because of people like Marcos.
I found a vehicle on cars.com that was on this dealer's lot. The listing was extremely thorough and honest, which helped me decide to make the trip to look at and drive the truck. John made sure I knew he was onsite to help if needed, but otherwise left me to look the truck over in peace. No pressure at all. The actual purchase was quick and easy. We found a few problems with the vehicle that I truly believe the dealer did not know about and John has already made efforts to help with that. Meredith has been in contact regarding title and registration. Service after sale A+. Would use Kellers for my next used car purchase.
Ask for Dane. If you tell him Chris sent you, he will laugh - because truth be told I am not a typical customer and I ran him through the ringer buying my GT plugin hybrid Outlander. Although born here, Dane spent a lot of time on the East Coast and thus comes across as an East Coast "car salesman" EXCEPT for some critical differences:
1) He not only knows what he's talking about when describing these amazing hybrid 4x4s but knows when there is something he does not know....and is thus open to learning more from customers. He also fully admits the cars shortcomings. It is easy to underestimate how critical this is in a salesperson when one is considering such a huge purchase.
2) Honesty and trust lead to successful deals. They also lead to successful after-sales relationships. No matter the issue, Dane - and by extension Younkers - was there months after the sale was completed. Every time I return - even for merely getting the license plates attached or asking weird questions - Dane answered back immediately, politely and enthusiastically. "Car salesperson" is not an easy job. They don't make much $ and are some of the most maligned workers in this country. They work long hours and put up with customers suspicious of them before even meeting them. Dane handled that role very well. He's a "real" person who I found easy to trust and the kind of guy you could call a friend after the deal. The overall experience at Younkers was very laid back, easy and commendable.
so I went in to look at a green 98 civic ex coup. website says they open @ 11am on a Sunday, I got there and waited around for about 25mins. I was about to leave but they showed up. I asked to see the civic and Ronny took me strait to it. the listing pictures looked soo much better, the outside of the car was really dirty and it had A LOT more paint fade than the original pics. Ronny started it for me and it sounded good. I asked about some finance options and he said they may not finance such a low amount but I could not confirm that because their finance guy is off on Sunday, WTH! I looked at a 06 Honda civic ex 4dr and test drove it. Car was off alignment just a tad but I know its a used car and it wont be perfect (for the Price) I brought everything to apply for financing but since the person who handles that was off, I did not leave with a car. I ended up buying a 04 civic lx for $2700 cash so I cant rate the buying experience. ill need a car for my wife in a few months so I may return, Ronny was helpful and assisted me as much as he could.
