I was buying a Mitsubishi Mirage 2017 they had it listed here on cars.com i contacted them and they actually responded, they were straight forward with the price and the fact that it had hail damage. understanding all of this i still felt the price was sooo good i had to buy. so i got on a plane from LAX in los angeles and flow in and ubered to the dealership just to test drive and see the car before i bought it. everything was exactly as expected. the dealership is small, but they priced to sell, i couldn't be happier, i thought they should get a shout out from me. Yes being from California there is a bunch of regulations i had to make sure the car would be in compliance with, but they dealer worked with me to make sure that everything was in order. I wish Los Angeles dealers understood what customer service is.

All I can say is Fort Collins Mitsubishi is a great place to purchase a vehicle. I purchased a new Outlander Sport and can say I love the vehicle! Not only did they make the process easy, fun, and informative they have been there for me after the sale answering all my questions. postcard in the mail from this Dealer that there had been a recall for a certain part for my 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I had no previous idea about it. But I called and set an appointment to have this taken care of. Pleasantly surprised. First I got an appointment to suit my crazy schedule within a few days. On the appointed day went to see about this situation with the recall and didn't have to wait, wasn't pressured to buy additional parts or service, or even to purchase a new car. It was a pleasant experience over all. Wish my car would last forever as I LOVE it, but will soon have too purchase a new one. Unfortunately, I do not care for any of the current Mitsubishi models. Maybe that will change in the next year or two.

I was surprised when hesitated about car original cause and what part got repaired but Jacob was upfront with the details. Overall very good experience. Excellent customer service and friendly, courteous staff.
Ford was delayed in getting the necessary parts out but they provided me with a rental. I was a bit frustrated with the length of time required to obtain the part - even more frustrated wtih the actual problem that exists with superduty trucks related to the steering stabilizer.
This was our second car we bought from Longmont Ford dealership and it too was a very good experience. No pressure and lots of patience! Nick was fabulous and showed us whatever we asked to see and never tried to push us into anything. He walked away when we needed to discuss and was right there when we had more questions. He listened to what we were wanting and we walked away with a fabulous car at a fabulous price.
