I had a 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer that lasted me through high school, college drives back and forth from Tampa back to Fort Myers, and more college. Bring a 12 year old car, it was time to let it go for something else. I knew I wanted another Mitsubishi because my first one was so reliable in the many years I had it. Pedro was salesperson and was so kind and made the whole process hassle free. I didn???t feel pressured into buying and he got me exactly what I was looking for at a good price. One of the sales managers, Howie, even made it a point to come over and introduce himself even before he knew I was getting a new car. Everyone was so kind and I???m so happy with my new 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, abd have already gotten so many compliments on it and I haven???t even had it a week now.
Great atmosphere, the staff was very friendly, they were honest and helpful. I???m ecstatic about my new car purchase. If your looking a for a new or used car Fort Myers Mitsubishi is a great place to go.
I had a great service experience with Fort Myers Mitsubishi due to my service advisor Brandon. I was looking at getting some accessories added to my Outlander Sport and Brandon let me know that they would void my warranty with Mitsubishi. He saved me some headaches down the road as the dealership I purchased from was more then willing to do the work without informing me that it would void the warranty. Thanks again for looking out for my best interests, we will be back when my wifes car is ready to be replaced.
This was the best experience I???ve ever had at a car dealership. I bought a car for my son who needed one. He made $400 a week. He had no credit. We got in a brand new car with a 10 year warranty and he could not be happier. They get everybody done and it???s a very quick process. If anybody needs a car I would recommend this dealership more than any other. You will leave in a car and you will be happy.
Beautiful facility, shows great promise and still head and shoulders above the other local Jeep dealership (Galeana) but 6 contacts and an about hour to only schedule the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and them to see if something qualifies for a warranty issue.... unacceptable. No appointments available for at least two weeks out and no way to confirm appointment time online or even by phoning the dealership directly. They can???t even tell you who your service advisor is... once I arrived I found I didn???t even need an appointment after all because they dont handle that type of warranty work for Mopar Service Plans. I have to call Chrysler direct to schedule. Service advisor seemed nice enough but not very knowledgeable and pretty stressed. They???re new so I???ll cut some slack, but guessing management needs to do some better training. Still not sure about why it took 6 contacts to schedule an appointment.. there must have been 15 girls in a bullpen area that handle scheduling who were seemingly just sitting around and chatting. Not great, but not as awful as Galeana. Will give them a second chance and re-review.

From the minute you park your car and walk into the showroom you are greeted kindly and attended to promptly. I had the pleasure of working with Santiago he was my salesman. Very attentive very knowledgeable about the Mitsubishi brand. I also worked with Cody who really worked hard to get me into a new vehicle. Finally wrapping up all the paperwork was Ray. He was very patient with all of my questions and made me feel at ease. I say Mitsubishi all the way!!
From the moment I arrived till the final delivery of my vehicle they were all very professional and accommodating. This was one of the best buying experiences. I normally hate car shopping but this was different. There was no haggling. Everything was straight forward and I didn???t feel pressured to buy. Javi, Mike, Ray and Cody were all very patient with my decisiveness. I would recommend Bonita Mitsubishi and of course Javi my salesman to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.
