I have dealt with many dealers in the past and in all honesty I dread it when I need to go see one. It's time consuming, full of sales pressure (especially when you get to financing), full of inaccuracies and sometimes even outright lies. BUT NOT WITH HUDSON FORD! These people are amazing! I seriously enjoyed my time with everyone I worked with, including the service people I met in the process. Joe and Mike were happy to have my business, but more importantly they were obviously and sincerely interested in me! Meeting my needs, putting me first, going the extra mile (or 200 miles in my case), these people didn't just want my business, they wanted a friend! The hardest part for me in purchasing a new vehicle always seems to be the price I am given on my Trade-in, BUT NOT WITH HUDSON FORD! They offered me a decent price out of the gate, but when I said I wanted $1.000.00 more, they did not tear down my trade or give me a thousand reasons why my trade was not worth it, NO, instead Mike took a quick look at my trade and moments later walked back in, shook my hand and said "You got it buddy, I will give you what you are asking!" So there you have it, in my 34 years of car buying experiences since my first $600 used car in 1982, I have never been treated so well. Joe B., Mike H., Levi and the rest of the Hudson Ford crew...You have my business!! Oh, and did I mention the price they gave me on the new truck was LOWEST you could find! Even the "True Car" website categorized my purchase price as the lowest reported! And that was the price offered to me when i walked in the door! Sincerely, Tim W.
