Excellent Customer Service

I own a 2009 Honda Civic Si and normally do all the maintenance on the vehicle myself. But with me moving I didnt have the time to fix the couple issues I was having with the vehicle so I called the dealership and scheduled an appointment. The representatives in the service department where very helpful, understanding, and thorough, taking notes of the issues I had. I had a couple general maintenance jobs done (serpentine belt replaced, fuel system cleaning, alignment, and a motor mount replaced). Everything was done to my satisfaction and the car drives like a dream again. The only issue I had is upon recieving the keys and signing the paperwork, I inspected the new motor mount and found that the mechanic, who had just starter not to long ago, had sheared the head of one of the bolts off holding a bracket to the frame. The bracket holds the motor mount in place. I asked the service rep to take a look at it and once she saw the issue she then called in, im guess here, the leader mechanic to take a look at it as well. They immediately had the bolt on order and had it replaced, free of charge, the next day. Keep in mind the car was still safe to drive, especially with a total of 6 mounts and the bracket still had the other 3 bolts in tact. I couldnt have asked for better customer service. I gave both service reps 5 stars and everything in the service center 5 stars with the exception of the "quality of work". I gave that a 4 star due to the first mechanic not correcting his mistake when it first occured. I would definitely take my vehicle back for any other service if I wasnt leaving the area.
