I highly recommend Piazza Mitsubishi. I was originally looking for a used car and decided to look at the new cars. This is my first new car purchase so I was really nervous at first but my salesman made me very comfortable an did not pressure me.
Kacey was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable when we came in to shop for a new car. My husband has been a ford man since he was 16 and Kacey sold him on a brand new Kia! Kacey continued to give us great information and let he Kia's great qualities sell itself to us. We loved that Kacey let us take our time, wasn't pushy and allowed us to ask all the questions we needed to stay well informed on this big decision. Thanks for the great new car!
The best car buying experience ever in my! Hands down the best experience ever! I was shopping various makes and models, some more expensive makes and I ve driven by the dealership many times and always said id stop and drive the 2018 Outlander SEL. I did so and fell in love. Patrick M. in sales the best and Bethany in fiance, made my experience so pleasurable I look forward to Buying again . This is the first Mitsubishi I've ever owned and it wont be the last...... I located a specific 2017 Expedition EL at Porcaro Ford and Shawn Moore quickly responded to my online inquiry. It is an 8-hour drive between me and Racine, but Shawn did two separate FaceTime sessions with my wife and me and was always responsive to my follow-up questions. Nicole in Finance was also very helpful in helping arrange my financing. Quality vehicle...fair price...good customer service.

We just bought a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from this dealership. We worked with Henry, who was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. He really listened and was fun to talk with. Freddie did our financing, and he made the process quick and easy. It was actually an enjoyable experience! There was no pressure whatsoever to buy, and we got more than we expected on our trade-in. Even after adding a few of the additional service options, we got a really great deal. And we love our Mitsubishi!

Answer is, it depends. We got there at about 3:30pm and left maybe about 8pm. But we got a fair deal. We have tried to go to other dealers, and yeah they make fun of this on the radio but its true. Others dealer tried to sell us a vehicle and forcing us to put 3000 dollars as a down payment. Elder asked us how much we wanted to put down asked how much we could afford a month and they would work with what we had. Very friendly people, and my dad got his new car which is very happy about.
Our salesmen Brian and Finance manager Steve did an amazing job getting us into a brand new vehicle when someone else would even give us the time of day. They didn't push or make us feel like we had to buy and just wanted us to be happy. They got us exactly what we needed and couldn't have done a better job. Everyone was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. The salesman, John M. was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped narrow down my search and get a deal that was acceptable to me. The finance guy, John L. worked hard to secure the financial arrangements getting me the lowest interest rate possible.
George mainly helped me with getting what I wanted. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He suggested different options to select the desired vehicle. He also reviewd with me different payment options, and eventually I had an acceptable offer. And the other team members very helpful and very pleasant.
Unless, apparently, you go to the right dealer! We found Dick Hannah Nissan to be courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Danny listened to us and found us the right vehicle for our needs. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation!
