As an airman in a new area, and a kid right out of High School, this dealership and Mr. Doyle were SUPER helpful. They were very honest with me and had patience with me being far away and taking some time to close the deal. I purchased a vehicle there and there was a vibration in the front end. When I signed for it, they promised to fix it. First of all, the pricing is no hassle and couldn???t find a better deal in town or out. Came back to have the vibration fixed and they realigned the front end and had the tires rebalanced at Les Schwab. Said if that didn???t fix it come back. It didn???t, so made an appointment and had the front end inspected and they couldn???t find anything wrong but recommended I take it to a Jeep dealership for their mechanics to check it. Come to find out it was a blown front strut. They apologized they didn???t find it and had no problem replacing the front strut. I explained I was out 135 bucks for the diagnosis at the Jeep dealership. They made good in their promise and paid for and replaced the other strut as well. The other strut was 170 bucks. I told them I???d pay the difference in the strut and shop time to replace the other one that was good. They didn???t charge me a dime. They replaced both struts, did an alignment and I was blown away that a dealership would eat the cost of this. Buying in the past you practically have to get a lawyer to get valve stem caps. Bill Roberson and Leskovar will get my business time and time again. Amazing how they go above and beyond to make sure you walk away a happy customer.
