From the day I purchased my Xterra right to today, picking it up from a collision repair, I have had the best customer service from any dealer I've ever done business with. Quality repair work and bonus surprise to find every inch of the inside of the car cleaned. Wow!! You never see extras like that any more. Sales and Service people are top notch. Waiting room always super clean and stocked with goodies and drinks. I would highly recommend this dealership. I'm very impressed with every aspect of their customer service.
Bought a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport at Gezon Motors and Bill Gezon was wonderful with the sale. My family also purchased vehicles from Bill . The service department is terrific too! I recommend Bill Gezon to my friends if there in the market for a new or used vehicle!
I brought our Outlander Sport in today for service. From my past experience with Verhage, I expected nothing but the best overall service from them today. Not surprisingly, I did receive top notch service from them this morning. I've always enjoyed the personal attention I am given, both for when I bring my vehicles in for service, and when I am purchasing a new one. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from them and when given the chance, I always speak highly of them to friends I know that are contemplating a purchase of a new vehicle.
My husband and I are looking for a vehicle that will fit our growing family, be able to tow, and still look good at a good price. The Mitsubishi team CALLS me when there is a vihicle in they think will interest me. I test drove the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander over night and LOVE the vehicle. All of the improvements over the previous model are awesome. It feels more comfortable and homey inside and more luxurious at the same time. The new fold down back seat feature is so much easier and overall, it is more user friendly. The sales staff (Jerry and Norm) at VerHage are awesome! Never pushy but interested in meeting my needs. They listen and will be on the look out for exactly what I need. Very impressed with them all. Great experience.
Jerry made buying my vehicle a very pleasant experience. No hassles, not pushy, and polite. I let him know what my price range was and I was firm on that. He hooked me up with a very nice Chrysler Pacifica 2007 with 74,000 miles. I took it for a test drive and it was great. When I got back to the dealership he worked it out so that it came in below my price range. I got a great deal!! I can't say enough good about Jerry and VerHage!! He was very thorough with the good of the vehicle and the bad. Very straight forward and honest. There are very few honest car salesmen out there. Jerry is one of them.. I was in the market for a new vehicle and Gezon Motors was a referral from a friend who has leased her last 3 vehicles from Gezon Motors. Once I walked into the showroom I knew I was in the right place. Everyone was most welcoming as I met with my appointment Paul Jones, sales associate. Paul was excellent in handling all my concerns and we even went for a test drive in a 2017 Rogue which I purchase a few days later. I observed many of the team that works there and they care - how unique is that? I purchase my Rogue on a Friday and the following Monday I received a phone call from Paul Jones asking me if I had any concerns or questions. I will be recommending both Paul Jones and the Gezon Motor dealership if I should hear of someone in the market for a vehicle. I felt like family.
I recently purchased a new Mitsubishi MiEV from VerHage of Holland. The dealership was friendly and helpful with the vehicle lease, especially since it was the new MiEV electric car. After extensive research on the car, we decided to purchase it from Ross, and so far, so good. Owning an electric car takes a different mindset, but once you embrace it it's hard for me to drive my big Buick Park Avenue around watching the fuel gauge go down. An electric car isn't for everybody, yet, but it certainly does fill our 2nd car requirements. Ask for Ross at VerHage.
I just purchased my third car from Ross DeVries. The first two were used, and this last one was a new Mitsubishi. We have had excellent support by all the sales staff. Even those we were not working with. Since moving to town 10 years ago, I have always had my vehicles serviced here. I would not go anywhere else. They are competitive in prices and have never tried to sell me something I did not need. I like the fact that I can send my wife with one of our vehicles there and know she is not going to get taken advantage of. All the staff is great, I think most of them know us by face if not by name. I will continue to do business there and do and will continue to recommend them to my friends.
