Dealing with Apple Valley Hyundai and my great salesman Steven Trevor was one of the easiest and enjoyable experiences that I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. He was very professional and curtious and caring. Not pushy or being in a hurry for me to purchase my new vehicle.
I have now been involved in buying two cars from David, one for my fiance and one for myself. On both occasions, he has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. It???s never felt like he was just trying to close a deal, he is always interested in our lives and getting us in a car that fits the mold. When I went in recently, it was after totalling my car that I loved, just 11 weeks after giving birth. Every person I spoke to, not just David, made sure that they asked me how I was doing after the accident, and wanted to know what they could do for me to make me feel safe going out on the road with my baby girl. They were also incredibly helpful in settling my gap insurance so that I could afford the new car as well. I have told everyone I know about my experience at Ricart, and will continue to do so.
We leased a Kia Soul through Ricart but after 2 years realized leasing didn???t fit our lifestyle anymore. Ricart was able to end our lease and get us into a new purchased vehicle and keep us in our price range.
Kacey was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable when we came in to shop for a new car. My husband has been a ford man since he was 16 and Kacey sold him on a brand new Kia! Kacey continued to give us great information and let he Kia's great qualities sell itself to us. We loved that Kacey let us take our time, wasn't pushy and allowed us to ask all the questions we needed to stay well informed on this big decision. Thanks for the great new car!
The staff was professional and very friendly. They answered all of my questions before and after the sale. They treated me like I was more than just a sale and FICA score. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new mitsubishi.
Went in to try to replace my car when mine was totaled. Was greeted at the door asked what I was looking for and any specific features. Josh was awesome. Was able to get me in a new vehicle that day. They even were able to call enterprise and have them pick up my rental from them so I did t have to make multiple trips and could leave with my new car. Great experience.
James Rule was amazing it was like he knew what I needed before I did. I am not an easy person to please but this guy made the buying process so easy and relaxing it was more like setting down with somebody I have know my whole life. If I didn't leave with a brand new car I wouldn't of even known I was car shopping.

10/9/18 Buying experience of my used 2012 Chevy Silverado truck was pleasant. Had to call 2 days later with a dealer warranty repair for broken manifold bolt. Even though I bought a used vehicle and not a new one, I thought I was going to be thought of as a low priority. When I called, the Service Dept person (Dale I think) was extremely pleasant and showed me the utmost courtesy. He scheduled my service for the following week and it was taken care of as scheduled. My experience with both the salesman (Chris Banning) as well as the Service Dept was absolutely superb. The quality of the service work was performed with high quality. I definitely am an extremely satisfied customer all the way around. Thanks again!
I use to hate car shopping. Till I experienced the Maguire No Haggle system. They made my wife and I very comfortable from the minute we arrived there. They didn't show any pressure toward us and explained the advantages of buying a vehicle through them. The extra incentives were great. We will tell everyone we know to stop there first if ever looking to buy.
I can’t say enough about this dealership. Our Sales Goddess was Pam Weeks. We drove from Las Vegas to come see Painters inventory since The Mitsubishi lot here in Vegas didn’t have the Eclipse Cross I wanted nor did they seem to want to even get me what I wanted. From the moment on the lot Pam was friendly but never pushy. She let us test drive the vehicle alone, which is great because it gives you time to look at the features and not feel pressure.
Honestly this was the easiest sale I’ve ever done. The staff was so friendly and really made you feel they wanted ME to be happy but them wanting a sale. Pam listened to us and what I wanted to get out of the deal and she really worked her butt off to get it. Pam and Tamara (plus the staff) really wanted to see us happy. It wasn’t about just making the deal. They stayed late the next day (past their closing) since there is a time difference. But didn’t rush anything. Made sure I knew every button on my new car before I drove off. Seriously amazing staff! Thank you for making me one happy girl with my new car at a price that I couldn’t get anywhere else!

I loved my Xterra, and totally credit the safety features in it for walking away from an encounter with a deer on the Interstate. Sadly I needed to purchase a new car. I went here because of my experience with the sales & service departments. And I continue to return for service work.
After doing a lot of research I really wanted to test drive the rouge. Sport. WOW was I pleased. Chuck was great no pressure just the faxes. Did not need to go any place.
