I came into the service center to get my oil changed. Went into the sales office to talk about trading in my 2016 CX-9 with a new one. I had reduced a couple emails and mailers. After speaking with Austin Norman and driving a new 2018 CX-9, I decided to do the trade and purchase the 2018. My experience as always was incredible. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from the West Side Mazda location and will continue to as well as use their service department.
Good process for buying a car, slow for signing final papers

The process of selecting a car and getting the purchase process started was excellent. However, when it came time to sign the final papers, and we had an appointment, we still had to wait almost an hour. With 2 kids in tow, this was a bit of a frustration.
I made an appointment for service and was able to get right in. The waiting room is fantastic. Wireless Wi-Fi is provided as well as a charging station. Additionally, hot cookies, water, coffee, and hot chocolate were also available.
I had not intended to buy a car, I was just looking and trying to gather my information; however, Seth made me such a great deal with no pressure, I decided to go ahead and buy. Would definitely recommend Ray Skillman!
Tony, service advisor explained the process of the repairs to my car in detail as well as consistantly updating me of the progress of the repairs. He made the entire process very transparent and welcomed any questions that I had. Great service.
The salesman and sales manager were very patient, answered all my questions, and worked hard to offer me the best possible deal on my car. Yes, there was a warm, fuzzy feeling when I walked in the showroom - no pack of wolves waiting for me in the parking lot. I would definitely recommend Skillman Hyundai on Pike Plaza.
Kacey was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable when we came in to shop for a new car. My husband has been a ford man since he was 16 and Kacey sold him on a brand new Kia! Kacey continued to give us great information and let he Kia's great qualities sell itself to us. We loved that Kacey let us take our time, wasn't pushy and allowed us to ask all the questions we needed to stay well informed on this big decision. Thanks for the great new car!

If you go to Ray Skillman???s auto dealership and are looking for a great salesman go talk to Michael Sellers. From the moment we walked under the lot to the moment we bought the truck and drove off the lot Michael was there for us. He had the best attitude of any auto specialist/salesman I???ve ever worked with and I???ve had the pleasure to meet. We got a great trade-in and a great deal on a great truck.thank you Michael I will buy all of my future vehicles from you.
The staff at Ray Skillman Shadeland was great. Finally a car dealer that's not super pushy. I took a car for a test drive on a Thursday evening, but they didn't have the exact model I wanted on the lot that night. There was no pressure to sign any paperwork or make any commitments without seeing the exact car I wanted to purchase. I went back after they let me know the car was on the lot and it was much the same. The sales staff was very courteous and helpful without trying to guilt me into buying (which has happened at other dealers and makes me walk right out the door). I was pleased with the finance experience as well. Overall a great place to buy a car.
My sales lady, Kyla, was the best. I recommend her if you want a no nonsense experience. She focused on what I wanted, was knowledgeable about the options and features and also the current financial incentives. She made my experience seamless even though I wanted a couple of aftermarket add ons. She never dropped the ball and made herself available to answer any questions anytime no matter how silly. Great experience - love my car!
A day ago I went to have an alignment done on my van Kia Sedona found out that the tires was so bad I shouldn't have been driving on them but thank God that the people at Kia dealership knows their stuff got the problem taken care of and I'm back on the road.¿
Brett at the Kia dealership went the extra mile for us. He searched a whole day looking throughout the midwest for the exact vehicle we wanted. He made shopping easy for us. Buying a car was a pleasure.
I have purchased several cars in my life and this experience was one of the best I have ever had. From the test drive to the explanation of the new cars features to the negotiations of our trade-in to the final deal price it was very hassle free and very easy working with the Roush staff. Ray, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable about the Nautilus we purchased and seemed to answer our questions before we even asked them. Alan, who assisted with the delivery and Joann, the finance manager, were great to work with in their respective areas. I would highly recommend visiting Roushs new location if you are looking to purchase a fine, luxury automobile.
