Very Impressed with Piazza!

I had a great experience buying a 2016 Hyundai Elantra from Piazza Auto Group yesterday. I researched for several days, trying to find a safe, reliable used car locally with low miles and in the $10,000 price range. I contacted them through an online website and Matt Miller, the internet sales coordinator, responded almost immediately and told me that he would get the car ready for us. Within an hour, my husband and I were at the dealership and were greeted by Matt. He handed us off to Jon Hanulec who was the in-person salesperson. The car was parked out front, ready to drive. We took the car on a test drive, liked it and decided to move forward with the purchase.
Jon was very personable, helpful and knowledgeable! He was able to answer all of our questions. When he didn't know an answer off the top of his head, he researched and was able to tell us what we needed to know. He also printed out all the information I asked for, which I greatly appreciated. He never once asked me what I wanted my monthly payment to be. I really hate it when a car salesperson asks me that, so he gets an extra star for that one.
There was no pressure. They told me up front that there was no wiggle room on the price of the car. Since I had done a lot of research, I wasn't surprised. I knew that we were getting a great deal, and didn't even try to bargain. Our trade in car got very little money ($500) and that was disappointing, but not surprising. However, in the end, I still feel that we got a good deal.
The thing I liked best about the dealership was that they told us what was offered, let us decide whether we wanted it, and moved on. When I discussed the financing with Lamar (sorry - I don't have his last name), he gave suggestions, but accepted my decision without trying to change my mind. I think he knew that it would have been useless to have a protracted discussion with me about it - he could tell that my mind was made up. But still, I appreciated that he understood that and didn't try at all to pressure me.
The same holds true for Faith Sprecher who did the paperwork and is the business manager at the dealership. She gave us options for an extended warranty. She let us talk it over without intervening. She accepted our decision and moved on. She went over the bill with us, line item by line item. There were no weird charges on the bill. I appreciated that they didn't try to sneak on some random charge. I had that happen at another local dealership and I will never go back there.
This was the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a car. The purchase was completed within hours of our entering the dealership for the test drive and I drove the Elantra home. I highly recommend Piazza Motor Group!!
