Buying a New Car Can Be a Painless & Positive Experience!

As we all know, there are many new car dealerships in northern New Jersey - some pretty dishonest & desperate, some nerve-wracking, producing little but in-depth anxiety experiences. I suspected Bell Mitsubishi would be different because their dealer ratings were consistently very positive. But, you never know for sure until you enter the dealership itself. The experience at Bell proved outstanding: straightforward, pleasant, honest, professional, painless, and very positive, indeed! Everyone we met was helpful, friendly &, open - from the initial contact with the receptionist to our salesperson, Nick Calella, and to the Bell dealership manager, Neil Hutkin. We had made an appointment for a test drive of an Outlander with all the safety features we wanted and when we got there they had the very car(s) we had identified. They also had a batch of Mitsubishi dealer incentives around which we negotiated for a bit (they were extremely patient!) until we all were satisfied with the "deal" and agreed to go ahead with the purchase of the car. Not much sweat at all. Nick was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the Mitsubishi product and forthcoming in every way; Neil was very helpful and forthright in explaining to us what he could do for us to close the deal and what could not be done in terms of the financing and extras. All told, I would highly recommend this Mitsubishi dealership. They shoot straight; everything is on the proverbial "table" (no hidden costs or roadblocks); and honesty, clarity, and forthrightness dominate the purchase "negotiations." If I hear of any colleague or friend interested in purchasing a new Mitsubishi, I'll send her or him straight to Bell Mitsubishi! Thanks, again, for making our purchase experience pleasant, positive, open & painless. The car drives very nicely and we're learning about the whole new Outlander and all of its hi-tech features!
